So 2 stars only because they have a good website and people at customer support are willing to explain... To explain why when I ordered a shoe and it stated delivery in 3 days, but it took 13 days to get from Germany to Greece. It didn't fit. They asked me to send it back, 2 more weeks, my money back 1, more week, new order... not gonna happen. 2004 I was buying from ebay from USA and had my order delivered faster than this joke.
I tried to exchange a Large for medium short. I mailed it back to them and Adidas sends back the same Large short. I call customer service and was told they only allow 1 exchange. It was THEIR fault the exchange was not corrected. The customer service Leshawn

Adidas America had me take a photo of the item and box to verify for their records the item was incorrectly sent back to me. Why do I need to waste my time to verify their mistake and still not get an exchange?

I can't believe it is so hard for a big enterprise like Adidas to refund a mistake they made. I liked your shoes and now I have to look for a different place just cause they won't refund their mistake. I bought at official website. I could look for my proof of purchase but tbh I don't even want to write this down I'm just too upset, and need new specific shoes for my kid asap.

Bought my son the yezzy foam runners for Christmas last year paid 350 I live in Wisconsin so he could only wear in spring n summer fall he noticed a hole in the sole so now on the phone with customer service they say warranty is only 6 months but u can go to Nike spend 100 n get a 2 year warranty this company suck I would never purchase again they said they will give me 25 dollar gift card as if I would ever spend I dime here just run n go to nike

I ordered shoes over adidas and it's been more than 20 days but still I didn't receive it and I called at least 10 times to their customer service but no one responded good. They have extremely poor service. I never expected this from Adidas. Now I understand, why Nike and under armour much better than Adidas. Now on, I would never order anything from Adidas.
If i can rate it a zero i would. Customer service is terrible i dont know why they are wmployed if they can not do anything. Ordered 4 pairs of shoes and fedex never found the package. Called adidas and its been a week since thier system is down and cannot refund yet you can still purchase online how does that make sense. Easily to take your money but not to do refunds? Pathetic. Do not buy from adidas.com you will have a hige struggle. I will call everyday to get my money back!
Bought multiple shoes from this app, they gave me a 25% discount code, the tnc did not state anything about exclusions, though I know items such as sale/limited will probably not be included. I tried a buy an Adios 8 running shoe but the code didn't work either, like it's literally a general running shoe, it's not even limited or hype.The only thing the code will work on is crappy normal priced item which have high stocks and less sales. Absolute stingy of them to do such thing, if the company can't afford to lose, don't simply hand out vouchers which are practically useless. Will rather buy from Nike which their codes are actually USEABLE on decent products.
I was given a gift of shoes on 01/31/22. The shoes sat in a box for 18 months as I had a pair of Superstars that I wore everyday basically. Finally took them out of the box and then sat in closet for a couple months before wearing for the first time. Ive worn the shoes 6 times and now there is a crack from side to side on the sole. Exchange policy is absolute garbage. Customer service said if I had worn everyday for 6 months from purchase and this happened then they could exchange but a pair of shoes in brand new condition worn 6 times in 2 years, theres nothing they could do. I told the customer service rep I have been a big supporter of Adidas in the past from clothes to shoes to bags, even as far as a zip up pouch for my motorcyle to hold licence etc however this new information after trying to exchange a pair of brand new shoesmay force my hand into jumping overboard into Nike.
After reading reviews clearly I am not the only person who has had this issue and yet still, Adidas will do nothing about it.

This company has gone downhill, perhaps the crisis has squeezed everyone so hard, or they have simply become insolent. The quality of their products just sucks
I order Adidas World Cup soccer ball. All the glue came out change of shape. Can't use it no more they told me as six months warranty. Right there in a bowl says two years warranty change of shape of ball. They don't want to admit it give me another soccer ball. Worst customer service don't ever order from them. I called many times they don't help they don't care they are the worst the worse.
Bought cleats for our 17 year old. He wore them for less than 30 days and they literally fell apart. Adidas customer service refused to replace because according to them, actually using the cleats in games and practices for a month is normal wear and tear that will result in the item falling apart. Will never buy another Adidas product. Will never recommend an Adidas product.

I'm 100% done with adidas. I was supposed to get a free backpack for spending $120, I spent $145, was confirmed by an agent that I would get it. Never came in, and Instead was promised a 30% discount voucher that works on NOTHING! I simply want $12 off a $42 item and your last adidas agent said that adidas would rather lose me as customer for life then give me the $12 off. Well adidas you have now lost one of your most loyal brand fans.
They owe me $126 refund and they have terrible customer service. They take no responsibility and the spin it into the customer even though their system has the glitch. I will never shop here again.

Top notch quality, best shoes to wear for comfort and quality, i have been using this brand for 10 years, never failed to impressed.
The customer service is horrendous. I purchased several orders during one week. The items didn't work, and I needed to return the 4 orders. I put the orders in one box. I included the order information in the box. I only received credit for one of the 4 orders. No where on the site does it state each order has to be in its own package. I called to get credit and they said that they needed the fedex receipt from the package that they received! The customer service said there are no supervisors available. I said I would hold for a supervisor. Nope. The customer service rep said "i won't waste a supervisors time on this." Customers cannot speak with a supervisor or manager. Adidas has $300 of merchandise and my money that they won't refund. Heck, at this point I would take the items back. I was a level 3 adidas member- but I will never shop

My son wanted all black addizero cleats so we bought them for his high school football season (he has practice nike cleats he has had for 3 years) these were his game cleats he wore them 5 times and they fell apart tore from the outside in! The worst made expensive cleats out there I wrote adidas to see if they would replace them and they stated that 5 times of use this is normal wear and tear that it expected for their cleats to fall apart and not perform after 5 uses, I will never buy Adidas cleats or shoes again! I will stick to Nike and Under Armour from here on out! They now sent us a second email stating
"We are sorry for the inconvenience you've had with the shoe. As much as we wanted to process your warranty claim, however, the warranty policy that we have does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect. Sorry about this." I want to add when filing the claim they never asked what the shoe was worn for if (misuse) my son put it on his foot and played football how is that misuse, accident there was no accident other than their shoe falling apart while using it, and neglect he put the shoe on at the field when done he went to the locker room took them off and then put them away where is the neglect?

I ordered a product on Dec 27th and it came just fine on Jan 4th. With the points I accumulated with the order, I placed another order on Dec 28th. Not only did they lose this order, two different customer service reps gave me two different stories. After asking for a manager, I was told I had to call the helpline. I did and started to tell the new person, who barely spoke english, about what had happened and he just said the order hadn't hit my credit card. I said, "yes, but the points were taken from my account for the order and were not put back on. I would like the points back." He asked for my order number AGAIN and I said, "ok, I just told it to you but here it is.ACA...*click*". POS customer service hung up on me! Don't ever shop with these disrespectful idiots.

Adidas used to have one of the best programs around. You'd earn points and could use them on anything at any Adidas store or outlet store - no questions asked. It really incentivized me to buy more with Adidas over time. Then the program changed. I have a ton of vouchers that I cannot use because literally every freakin' item is excluded. Sale items - excluded / Superstar - excluded / Samba excluded - Disney - excluded. Literally every item is excluded. Promo codes and coupons don't work - again cos everything is excluded. It's better to NOT have a program at all than to pretend like you have one and excluded literally everything. Did I mention that their products are way overprice?! A paid of Sambas are $100 - are you kidding me?

I purchased mens Sandals at the Niagara on the Lake location. The pair had no tag and the sales rep got another pair to scan. The sales rep carried on a conversation with coworker while cashing out. Discovered at home, she put the wrong size in the bag. Another trip to exchange them. No compensation, suggested a cheap draw string bag, that was a no. Was given 2 promo codes from Employee purchase program that did not work.
The adidas load spring backpack may be water resistant, but it doesn't last very long. I got mine in August 2022 and as of March 2023 some of the seams on the backpack started to tear. Kind of upsetting since this backpack costs about $60 USD and is not cheap. Get a back pack from some company other than adidas for those who need one for work or school.

The worst customer experience I have experienced thus far. I purchased a football jersey online and it was the incorrect size. I called the store and they refused to assist me, giving me various people to contact but no one was willing to assist. I had to return the order and I was never refunded the shipping cost

Their return policy given the size of their company is pathetic. I purchased online at both Nike and Adidas the same day. Nike customer service was helpful and returned my items no issue. Adidas representatives just repeat their script that they can't help given it's past 30 days. We are an active family of 4 with 2 sporty boys that travel in the summer and couldn't return the 2 shirts sooner. There's too many options out there. I won't spend my money at Adidas again.

There are no exceptions to the 30 day return window. Not even allowing for an exchange.
