After my son lost his phone we panicked thinking about how much it cost us and now we would have to pay for a replacement. Then we realized that we had purchased Assurion insurance. I placed a claim and received the new phone in less than 2 days. Amazing value. No questions asked by the company. I was expecting to be interrogated or some kind of push back but no, it was quick and fast. I'm still in disbelief as to how awesome this company is.

AT&T's was very helpful and guided me through the form that needed to be filled out. The form was easy to fill out. The replacement phone from Asurion arrive within 24 hours. It was packaged well and everything that was promised was delivered in the box. I appreciated that I was given a contact number to set up my phone. AT&T was also happy to assist with this in the store. I was informed by Asurion that I would upgrade from an iPhone 11 to a 13. I agreed to that and am pleased with the upgrade. My experience was flawless. Thank you!
I smashed my inner screens while working on my car. I contacted Assurion on the website and started my return/repair of my phone. Had a follow up phone call to finalize the exchange. 2 days later the new device was here with clear instructions on the next steps. Labels, return packing, and how to down load and clear the old phone was included. Fast, easy, and friendly service all the was through. Very pleased.
This was my first time submitting a claim with Asurion. I ran into some trouble locating the product that should have been linked to the protection plan, so I reached out to the support chat. Other than some technical difficulties with verification of ID, I think Asurion has saved me money. Quick shipping and good customer service. The phone process though is bad and it is hard and takes a while to actually reach a person to talk to. Once you reach someone though there nice. I think there are some technical and phone processes that you could make easier than they are.
My phone fell of the side of the couch and spider broke all over the screen. I use my fingerprint as my signature and I was not able to get into anything. I made my claim and within a couple of days someone came to my work. Took my phone, fixed the screen and then returned it to my front office. It was a wonderful experience and so much better then me going inside a store or having to send my phone off somewhere. Thank you for all of your help!
Their system is way too automated. Hard to get to a real person. Took numerous calls to get to a real person. Even the ATT agent had difficulty getting through to them. The Asurion chat agent spoke broken English so it was difficult to communicate. An overall frustrating experience. But in the end I did get a replacement phone 3 days after reporting it stolen. Set up through Asurion was the same slow difficult process.
My screen was cracked and not responding to touches the way it should. I submitted my insurance claim one day and got the shipping materials in the mail the next day! I was given a time frame of 3 to 7 business days and the company kept their word! Got my phone back 6 days after I sent it out, that's including the weekend! Very happy with my devices condition upon return as well, just like new!
I had a great experience filling a claim through chat on the website. That worked so smoothly. The first time I tried was over the phone and things didn't work out. However, the people were very helpful in both situations even when we ran into issues filling with my receipt I had kept.

Found tear in area close to shoulder strap.I examined the tear I believe tear is in area that compromises backpack and will continue to weaken the more I use pack.this pack was purchased in Sept 2022 it is January 2023 I have used this pack less than 4 months.I have bought another pack to replace this one.even upon receiving this pack I did not feel that the size 85l was accurate and have owned 65l packs that have held more. I was over an hour late for my appointment and your awesome associate STILL had my S23 ULTRA shattered screen replaced and back to me in less than 45 minutes. Completely painless experience. Highly recommended for anyone with a new phone or tablet.
I set up an appointment to have the glass on my I phone 13 Pro Max replaced and in the process of having that service completed one of the screws got stripped, and I was given a replacement device the next day at no additional charge and without any hassle. Trixianne did a great job being patient with an elderly like me. She walked me through the data transfer for my new phone and made me feel comfortable. My data transfer was going to take hours so we mutually agreed to leave both phones on and complete the transfer in the morning, if I needed more help. I had ample information from her that I feel confident of completing the transfer.

This was my first time using phone insurance ever. I've had terrible experiences using insurance plans with different products, I just assumed Asurion would be no different. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and stress free this experience was. Starting with creating the online repair ticket, to meeting James at the retail store; he provided excellent service and was definitely a subject matter expert.
After going to my local ATT store in Marietta, Ohio (which was no help), I called ATT support. I eventually was connected to a tech who was amazing. He did his best to solve the problem, and when he couldn't, he sent me the link to get it replaced. I answered a few questions and my claim was approved. This was around 4:30 on Friday evening. I had my new phone by 11:00 Saturday morning. Amazing.
I dropped and broke my Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra plus on Saturday night. I called A T & T and they transfer me to the insurance company Asurion. Once I filed my claim with them they sent me to the closes A T& T location Sunday Morning where I met with a phone technician. He took my phone and within a couple of hours it was fixed and done. I was very happy with my experience. I didn't even have to come out of pocket and was billed on $29 for the service.
I wish Verizon would use someone else. This has been the biggest headache of my life. They messed up my phone claim, sent the wrong phone, then argued with me about reading a verification code off of my broken phone. Now I have to pay another $100 and hope that I get refunded for my first $100 in the first place. Instead of fixing it, now we have to wait 24 hours before the claim would even be approved.

Everything is perfect regarding asurion. Except the mailed delivery was delayed. I have supposed to receive it next or in two day, delivery was made on Friday. But not too bad. It's okay' that's happened sometimes
I reached out after I discovered there was an error in the phone version when i received my confirmation email. I immediately reached out to the Chat team. My first attempt timed out, but the second time I was connected with Sarah. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. I give her 5 stars! I am shocked at how quick and easy this entire process was! I had a completely cracked screen as well as cracked camera lens. I made an appointment and a wonderful tech showed up at my house the next morning. Ten minutes later my phone looked brand new. Not sure how my phone got damaged but filing a claim was very easy. Less than a 24 hour waiting period turn around for my claim to be approved and received a new replacement phone in 24 hours after the approval. Deductible didn't have to be paid up front. It was added to my bill which was nice because I didn't have the funds available at the time. Overall it was quick, easy and took a total of 3 days to file, be approved and receive a new replacement.
