I recently discovered BHFO and have purchased several pairs of boots at great prices. I will definitely order from this site in the future.
Purchased a Jessica Simpson coat and the entire right pocket and lining was ripped. So if you put something in the pocket it would fall all the way down to the hem. They are not great about getting back to customer other than to say they will get back to me, keep saying they need to investigate? I sent photos of the torn pocket/lining not sure what there is to investigate. The coat is defective PERIOD, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE BHFO. Coat has been hanging in my closet now for week while they "investigate". Once again me, the customer has to go through the hassle, not them. So bottom line they send out a defective product, they got paid for the coat and I get to wait while they investigate, got it. Over it.
I recently discovered BHFO and have purchased several pairs of boots at great prices. I will definitely order from this site in the future.

I live in Australia and even though our dollar is only worth 68 cents of US $ 1 I am more than happy to buy directly from BHFO site. Quality of garments is great, and After 5 and evening dresses are stunning and heavily reduced. I have bought many items recently from this company and I have been very happy with the clothing and the customer service. The prices on the items I bought were great! I had two issues with items ( one shirt had a stain and the other wasn't what I ordered) Customer Service rep couldn't have been nicer and resolved the issues. The only issue I have is paying for shipping. It would be great if they adopted something like a yearly shipping fee or ( like Gilt and Rue La La a 30 day fee). Other than that I'm very satisfied!

Only cons have been high shipping - especially for larger orders, and a number of flawed items not disclosed (runs, stains, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons, etc). Most everything else has been in perfect, new condition.

I have ordered a LOT since discovering BHFO. Very happy with the prices and variety and quick shipping. Certain items are often not available in sizes I'm looking for, which is disappointing but understandable as a discount outlet. My only negative has been receiving several items with small stains, large black marks (some come out with washing - others don't), snags and/or rips. Overall a good shopping experience so far.

I found this website as I was searching for a specific boot that was sold out in my size everywhere else including the Franco Sarto website. Not only was my size available but at a much lower price as well. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes too. Shipping was fast and both shoes look great.
