Very clear directions on measuring was very helpful... I recommend you read them carefully for a proper fit! We submitted the width EXACTLY as the directions said to, but we did add 1-inch to the length to be safe, and as a result we received 5 Premium Cellular shades that all fit perfect (inside mount). We put them up easily and the color is perfect. I'm back to order more! They arrived much sooner than we expected, so that was great too!
Do not order from this company. They have a terrible customer service. Only one installation provider in my area. For the second time had to wait multiple months for my blinds. Customer service doesn't care and told me their supervisor denied my request to speak to them. Customer representative ended the call by telling me the ball was in my court, that no product was made, and that the best option they had to offer me was wait for 3 months for my blinds or cancel my order for the second time. Disappointing, never ordering from this company again!
I was searching for a quick solution to a busted roller shade that suddenly happened in my home without any previous thought of color or type in mind, through email and patience, Representative Michael sent me emails regarding solutions to budget and style, that happened to be better than I already had. Web site easy to use, staff very pleasant and helpful, sale great. My only suggestion would be for you to have some connection to a person with design ability who could actually look at the samples and coordinate the different product elements successfully. Colors on line are not the same as the actual product. That being said that issue is taken care of with the 30 return policy. Thank you!
Webpage shows up poorly on mobile device, making it difficult to show images appropriately, navigate subpages, or see totals. Most frustrating of all, no option to split payment with bank rewards cards. Custom blinds are expensive, using rewards cards would help offset costs. Not having that option, no option to email, and no way to contact customer service prior to the end of a promotional period is frustrating. I know from previous experience this is a good company, these seem like silly issues to be dealing with.

Easy to understand instructions and to shop. My only recommendation is to add a "compare options" feature that would allow me to compare features and pricing. Presently, I use the shopping cart to store options, but then I have to bounce back and forth among my shopping cart selections in different screens. Not the end of the world. Overall we are very happy with your products and service.

Consultant, Michael, on phone was extremely helpful and courteous. Easy to order. Reasonably priced. Some of the blinds I ordered today were replacements for ones ordered in 2020 and damaged by our sweet and playful, but ungrateful, kitty cat we were keeping inside for a few days because of cold weather. These blinds are easy to install and look great.
Blinds.com's products are top quality. They have a wide variety of styles & colors. Their logistics team is, in my humble opinion, the best in the industry - and that goes for every online retailer I have worked with (& with 2 homes to furnish, I have seen some really ridiculous companies out there). Their SUREFIT Guaranteed to Fit promise is - bar none - best-in-class. I am awed at how well this company runs their business!
Wonderful phone support for important questions & education. LOVELY fabric choices for Roman Shades. Prices are amongst the best in the marketplace except for some of the options for woven woods where I prefer Hunter Douglas instead of Blinds.com. Nonetheless, 90% of my new home has Blinds.com window coverings. Only my great room has Hunter Douglas. So I LOVE Blinds.com!
Have purchased these solar shades a few times and just completed building new home so I wanted to have them there. I found the website to be easy to navigate. I had one question so called in and phone was answered immediately (very rare these days!) and the CSR was very pleasant and able to answer my question. So very pleased so far. Hopefully the blinds will come as ordered and no issues installing.
The site seems to charge way more at the start and then discount a bunch which makes it difficult to compare deals. It also seems arbitrary when the deals happen. I would much rather know up-front what the price of the blinds is. There's no way the price is actually $400 if you're willing to sell for $200. I've decided I'm willing to pay this amount, but I'm not pleased with the price manipulation.

This was my first time purchasing blinds online. I sure learned a lot about my metal tape measure! Pretty cool that it has the length imprinted on the back, which was super helpful in not bending the tape to get the measurement. I am SO excited to have nice cellular shades - finally. Looking forward to putting them up once they arrive. Kyle was super helpful in chat to assist me in choosing the cell size and in measuring correctly.
There were three different installations instructions - all with different measurement guides. Also, no definition (that I could find) of the types of shades (classic, hobbled, etc.,). Finally, the fabric I wanted had no photo rendering so I purchased it "blind". I could see they were in color families but an index would make the decision so much simpler. These are easy changes that would greatly assist in the purchase process.

Customer service was really good when I called. The website or some online issue would not let me submit my order. The associate I talked to got it taken care of fast. We got the blind in 10 days I believe and is perfect. We ordered two more tonight and the website worked just fine without hanging up. We will order the rest of our blinds once our new windows are done being put in. Thank you

As a decorator in central Massachusetts, not the city, different options are good and your quality has been appropriate but at a price point that's affordable! Thank you! Confusing, too many choices that I didn't understand. After calling a design agent, which answered the phone promptly with a great smile, She helped. Made a few suggestions/recommendations. Now I feel great about my purchase. I marked you down because you offered fabric samples to match colors with our home, but I didn't qualify because the sale was ending Jan. 2nd, and we didn't have time.
Repeat customer. I'll never shop anywhere else for window coverings. Super easy, very economical, and high quality products. Don't bother with name brands… blinds.com is just as good (or better), and far less expensive. I've had one mistake on a custom triple-blind / single rail unit out of eight buildings (probably 60+ individual items), and customer service handled it graciously & efficiently. Do not hesitate… you'll save time and money over the big-box, every time.
This is my second order. I'm in my seventies. Had a stroke three years ago. Right side not working so good anymore. Was intimidated until I installed my first order (Five 2" deep Faux Wood Inside Blinds) which was a perfect fit! Now looking forward to doing my bedroom with 1" Mini Beige Blinds. My Mobile home is lined in true wood veneer paneling. Blinds.com is pure genius! Why do they have a size guarantee? Because they probably never have to use it!

Love the options, very intuitive website with videos to explain things. I would however recommend a better "sample" picture (the one that updates while you make your selections). It was a little small. Above and beyond would be to allow the user to choose the color of the house behind the blind, so they can get a better idea of how the blind color will contrast with their wall. Overall very good tho!
It was not clear what the minimum depth measurement requirement was for my inside mount blinds. The measurement instructions mention this but I was never able to find it anywhere on the website. Everything else pretty good. One more bit of feedback is a bit too much scrolling in the interface when choosing options. Recommend finding ways to collapse unused options so that it is easy to see all of the selected options at once (once selected). Great experience. Great salesperson! Extremely happy with the ease of purchase on my first order for my home. Sizing was simple and product was as expected. This order is for our cabin, something of a splurge but I know that I will truly love upgrading my window coverings. Quality, prices, customer service are just fine, although would be much better to include a customer service function that isn't just by telephone (such as email or chat with real person). Web site is a nightmare, especially digging down multiple layers to try to find fine print on exact specifications and the many (many) exceptions (i.e., if it's xx size, then you can't get yy mounting, if it's xxx color then you can't get yyy option, etc.).
