Positive: timely delivery.
Negative: packing charge, return shipping charge, no return label, re-stocking fee, Bowling shoes had the same sole on both shoes.

I was disappointed you advertise 10% discount just to find out it wasn't on the items I purchase. I feel that was misleading.

Delivery was quick and nicely package. But ended up exchange my shoes for a wider size and one size bigger.

Tried for over 30 min to login and retrieve password. I have tried again and have yet to receive help in doing this. You say that one earns bonus points to be applied to orders but I must be logged on. I can't
do that and so it will be a consideration before I order from you again. The only way to track my order was to be logged on. So the order arrived promptly.

I already recommended the site & my gf purchased shoes as well. The 1 & 2 star ratings are for the outrageous express shipping costs.

I was hoping to use this bag with two balls and a pair of shoes but there wasn't enough room for my shoes. The bag also tends to turn when it is rolling, in my opinion, the base needs to be wider. I have bought a different bag and given this one away.
