Everything went as planned. Would have been better if some pertinent information regarding any pointers for wearing this product had been included, ie, how long to wear these socks in the course of a day and do I wear these during sleep?
My order BLD798009 from 12/16/2022, part has not been delivered. But you have received your money. Missing is Juzo Soft Armsleeve 20-30 mmHg w/ Silicone Band, III/ Regular/ Navy. Where is it?

Tricky & pushy like most with lame rewards that you have to have at least a minimum amount. Whatever! I'll use my increased rewards next purchase. Do something NICE for somebody, today. Peace.

Diane was great but your prices are very high, you offer no discounts to returning customers, and your sales force isn't notified of the dates of upcoming sales so that they might help customers plan their purchases. I have a May Thurner vascular anomaly that requires support hose and anti-coagulants to prevent prevent permanent knee to groin clots and Bright Life Direct is a major supplier. I would use another company immediately if they had lower prices on the Medi hose I use.

Quick and easy. Only downside is there was no indication of compression pressure for my knee to thigh sleeve. My doc wanted a 15 mmHg of pressure

Prices are good for hard to find products, but very poor customer service. I returned an item for store credit and requested they replace with next size. Got an email saying I would be notified via email when my return was processed? NEVER notified. Contacted them after 4 weeks and was told today that I got a credit that could be applied to another item BUT my return request specified the item I wanted the credit to be applied to (in next size). I should not have to take care of the order. They were hoping I would forget and I did forget the size I need. I can NOT log on to my account and can NOT see what I ordered last. I requested password reset multiple times in past week and no reply. Guess I am out $56. DO NOT BUY from this company.

My Doctor has researched the stocking I am in need of. Your company has these available at a reasonable price. Since this is out of pocket for me which is not covered under Medicare which I truly don’t understand.
