I ordered 240 solo cups for an upcoming event I'm organising and it looked like they were not going to arrive on time. I contacted Customer Care and received the most outstanding service from Lucy, who went out of her way to organise a special delivery of my cups ahead of the event. Thanks a million Lucy, I'm very appreciative that you went the extra mile (and much relieved!).
My order was 10 days ago. The hand sanitiser I ordered was for a child (part of my extended family) who has cystic fibrosis and an intractable Pseudomonas lung infection. I was deeply concerned that her family may not have sufficient sanitiser and that stocks might run out some time within the next few months. My reasons for ordering were stated (at the time) as being, "for private use" because I'd zilch idea that panic buying might disrupt supplies to the extent that has so rapidly occurred :(

They offered a good price and the goods were made in Australia
These items were ordered only afew day days ago including a weekend and already I am advised that the orders are on the way to me
That is outstanding efficiency in my view and experience

Only one with stock left
You should state how many ( sheets per roll) on the toilet papper, like the Teno only has 150 sheets per roll as to most others having 260 sheets plus... but otherwise no complaints thankyou.
