The last lady that helped me book the flight from STT to ATL was awesome! She gave the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She helped solve my travel issues and took care my needs. Especially, gratifying for me after getting nowhere with another rep and reps from the airlines. Kudos to her and thank for her understanding, grace, and compassion as well!

Quick, user friendly. I loved the option at the end to be able to rent a car. We were not going to rent when I started the booking process, but due to discussion through the procurement of the airline tickets, we decided to rent a car and I was relieved I didn't have to go back in and start the process over for the car rental after buying the plane tickets, because the option to add to my order was there. I thought that was Excellent!

I'm very confused about their travel protection, because on one screen I selected it, and there was a second time it requested with higher price. Then how is it that I ended up spending an additional $300 for basic seat selection? And no carry on included? Real Crap if you ask me, I won't be using this again.

It was great however you need a system in place to notify the purchaser if the flight is still available for purchase in real time. I've experienced attempting to purchase a ticket while setting up the card details a didn't understand what might've happened. Did that mean I had to back out of the page to receive the update? Very frustrating. An also giving the customer exactly what they request in the filter. A not surrounding airport unless requested. Also, times of the day "morning,afternoon an evening" like your competitors.

Just had a very bad experience with getting a confirmation on a purchase. I was told my purchase was declined. CC Comp said it was not declined. Wanted to charge me more than a $100 to rebook what I was actually approved for. Had a name and numb for Bank rep that no one wanted to speak to. Tried to bait me in with 1 price. Strong arm me into paying a higher rate to rebook same accommodations. Let the public be aware.

Honestly, I like CheapOair.com much better than any of the other competitors. For some reason, prices seem to be cheaper and it's easier to navigate.

It's the best site I have found that brings all of the information you need to book travel. It weeds out extraneous information of air travel, car rental, ground transportation and hotels so usually can make these decisions more quickly and with confidence. I highly recommend it.

After listening to my wife almost in tears after 10 conversation with Cheapo air employees. It makes wish I gone with my retired sister in law who did this for a living. If my marriage survives I will be blessed. The frustration of this whole experience has nearly killed with tension. I got an email talmost on the eve of our asking if we still going? I can't believe this organization.
