I recommend this retailer, the pajama set I got was exactly as described and high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few weeks if you live in the United States but it was still faster than other things I've ordered coming from China. It was presented well in a Chic Me branded thick zip bag and had a boutique tag attached. The pearl and heart applique are perfect and I love the grey leopard print! I would buy from this shop again!

So far I've been happy with product and delivery. I have a concern: in case I needed to return any merchandise how do I go about it. That's why I limit my order for the fear of not fitting or liking the product itself. Thank you

The Turquoise choker was disappointing, using plastic instead of Hemp or thin leather. The plastic on hot days feels icky! The shirts are so pretty and everyone can see I'm blessed! The sneakers where a perfect surprise for my sister, she's Always wanted a pair of Ruby Slippers! She wears them almost everyday! Thank you for helping me make her happy

Real non paid US review! Everything looks exactly like pictures except for one dress. I ordered 20 items and just placed another order! The material is not thin & cheap, but soft and appears durable. I'll leave another review after wearing and washing the various outfits & swimsuits I purchased! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! CAME MUCH FASTER THAN EXPECTED! Received first order yesterday… placed second today! TAKE ADVANTAGE of great prices and cute clothes!

Easy, I read items run big on some reviews so I went with small for all of my items. They are very fitting, medium probably would have fit more comfortably. One outfit I gave to my daughter. I'm 5'2 and weigh 132lbs. I'm between a 2 and 4 which makes it difficult most ranges are from 0-2 and 4-6. So when I order the 4-6 items tend to be a bit too big on me. I either need to gain more weight or lose a little lol overall I really like the print, colors, material.

Easy to order, great stuff. Nice on. Was happy with everything. I expected something different but was cool either way.

Loved my dress. A little short but, I'm tall so this is normal. Delivery was quite long - 9 days!

So far I'm happy with my experience shopping with you. Although I guess feedback is only technically valid once the product has arrived within a satisfactory period of time, correct and not damaged etc. I understand this is focusing on how I navigated the page or whatever, but I'd feel to remove my positive feedback if service going forward wasn't acceptable.

My experience was pleasant. I wasn't bombarded with " you left these in your cart" I was able to take a good week to make up my mind without hassle. The clothes are very cute. The only reason its not 5 stars, is because I wish they would use some other fabrics. I get that polyester is cheap and warm, but it sometimes causes me to break out, so I cant always wear it. :( As I'm sure it's not just me out there with this problem.

I received an item of clothing that came with pockets on the inside of the garment, but no hole to put your hands in the pockets. I said I would like to return the item for store credit and instead they said they would send me a new one free of charge, even tho I didn't want it.
I received a different shirt from my order instead as the replacement. Not what was supposed to be replaced. So I gave up. Now I have a jacket with no pockets, that I dont like, and 2 hot girl summer shirts haha.

Great looking clothing items. I ordered a package June 27 I believe or it was the 29th two orders and I still have not received them. You guys have great stuff and I think that people will patronize you more, but it just takes way too long for the merchandise to arrive. Summer will be over by the time I get my stuff. Let no get into trying to rerun items! It doesn't add value to the consumer/shopping experience.

Absolutely NO support received when I recently enquired into a delivery that went missing. Customer Service pushed responsibility back to me and said order was delivered- up to you to track it down. When I asked THREE times for info relating to products purchased on the order that went missing: Response 1). Your delivery is on its way. Be patient. 2). Your order has been expedited. 3). Check yr profile to identify items. Absolutely NO help offerred to their Customer AT ALL! Hopeless!

Your Customer Service Staff need serious training on how to look after your LONG term customers.

I feel the shipping price is abit expensive, but the quality of the items is excellent, very fashionable, clothes reasonable prices. All in all excellent.

Site easy to navigate and use. Delivery took about a month which sucked but is expected coming from over seas. The sizing chart is misleading, I do not believe they are standard US sizes but rather chinese size chart meaning everything runs small. Ended up getting 2 shirts that don't fit bc of the misleading size chart. Luckily I ordered my wife outfit in an XL or my entire order would of been to small

We're do I start!?!? The parcel was apparently delivered at first 06:17am then secondly at 22:10. I never received the parcel the courier accepted responsibility for it saying they left it insecurely. Yet Chic me are adamant it's been delivered and offered me a £10 voucher as compensation when the order value was £38! Terrible customer service please don't use this company they will take your money and leave you out of pocket

Easy shop, reasonably fast delivery. Although Sequins are falling off without even wearing the dress. However overall great shopping experience.

Good quality. Just as pictured. Comfortable. I ordered the 39 and they fit perfectly. I'm an AUS size 8 to 9 depending on brand. The tie up part where the zipper is fits just perfectly - i'd recommend going up a size if you have thicker calves as I'm fairly small and they only just do up.

He comprado 2 veces, 3 prendas en total. Una me gustó mucho, otra no me gustó, y otra regular. Pero no sabía que las devoluciones no eran gratuitas si no te gustaba la prenda o quieres otra talla. Si lo llego a saber antes no hubiera comprado. Por este mismo motivo, no volveré a comprar. Por lo demas, está todo bien, pero comprando por inet es imprescindible que las devoluciones sean gratuitas como en otras paginas similares como Shein, por ejemplo.

It's easy to check out hopefully the fit right. I have received them and I'm impressed by the material but it just didn't do anything to my body that made me feel they were worth the amount charged. They're still super cute and comfy. But they're something I could spend ten bucks on at a different store or site.

This is my first time shopping at your store. I am hopeful that everything goes well. I had a problem with the 40-80% coupon and was taken back that your company didn't let me apply to one one of the more expensive items, which led me to purchase the higher priced dress of the three. Could you please correct that. I added accessories because of that saving that I thought I would get. Thank you very much.
