For the Holiday's I bought myself the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Collection and I was extremely happy. I honestly don't buy collections with how much they cost, but this was my favorite movie. I love ColourPop cosmetics because of how often they created popular themed colors and packaging for any style. This brand not only makes creative/beautiful colors, has fast shipping, beautiful packaging, but they also make very high-quality products. I want to get so many of their products (Not only just their Pallets). I will definitely recommend buying this brand and I cannot wait to buy more.
I placed an order mid December & it stated 5-7 business days for delivery so i expected it in time for Christmas (Dec 22). Now I got notice (Dec 20th) it will be another 7 days before they SHIP it which is way past Christmas & that's what the order was for. They hadn't even shipped my order yet?! I said if it had not yet been shipped out by today then just cancel my order so now I have no gift. Obviously they are unreliable so I wouldn't order if needed by a specific date. There's much better quality makeup out there that DOESN'T disregard their customers. Glamlite, fenty, Jeffree Star…… all great quality & good customer service! Avoid colourpop! Never ordering from them again!
Took company weeks to finally decide they "couldn't" send the order I paid for weeks ago after they forgot to include it in the box they sent me with just a packing slip. After paying for expedited shipping, and sending countless emails asking for help, I was told to just wait. Finally, after waiting and waiting and still notgettibg a package with the missing items, inreceices an email saying they would refund the shipping costs and would ship the package. Then a few hours later I received an email stating they would just refund my money and wouldn't be sending my items. After making me wait all this time! They could have just done that to begin with. Additionally, they don't even provide a phone number for a customer to call for issues like this. I have never been treated so poorly by a retail company.

After a disastrous order, I gave them another try, only to be disappointed again: the lipsticks smelled so bad I had to throw them away, and the eyebrow pencils fell apart after just a few days (the product fell on the floor and the brush detached from the pencil). If you add that the price is not the cheapest and that it's expensive to have them shipped abroad, it's a huge no for me

If I could give them zero rating I would! I'm 70 years old senior citizen can not go out wanted to buy some makeup for my daughter as a gift she has not even open and don't like them It was $100 worth of stuff. I wanted to return that because it waste for me but colour pop refuse to do that. My daughter told me they have crap makeup Do not buy from them. They should accommodate since it's not even open. I will suggest everyone Do NOT BUY from them. It's total waste!
The underlying request truly stunned me since they generally refreshed me through email. Its items and administrations are amazing and reasonable, yet its site's movement isn't greatly improved. I will give everybody a proposal.

I’m a cosmetologist & spend THOUSANDS of $$$ on makeup. There is much better quality makeup for a comparable price that I will continue to purchase but as for colourpop I will never order again.

I got a Palette as a gift which I thought was ok but after trying to buy colourpop items as a gift back to her I would never order again. The makeup itself is NOT worth the headache. Don’t order online ppl. Just get it from the store if need be but they are very unreliable
I ordered a $70 item and they sent me the entirely wrong product. Looking at reviews here and from the BBB, shipping the wrong product seems to be a recurring problem for ColourPop. I contacted their customer service and asked to return the incorrect product and get a refund, because I didn't want to wait their rather long shipping time to finally get the product I actually ordered. The reply I got didn't even acknowledge my request to return the item for a refund and instead just said they'd ship me out the correct item.

They don’t accept any returns for any reason, even if they send you the wrong item.

Sent me Lippiesticks stash when I had ordered the pencils stash. So I was sent the wrong product. The lipsticks are so-so. They don’t last long and are drying.
Something went wrong in the shipping process. Colourpop probably put the wrong address on the package which is why it was never delivered to me and immediately returned to the sender. The customer support just keeps telling me to check at the local post office and I would have gotten just as far talking to a robot.
Terrible customer service, will never order again.
And I still didn't receive my money back, which now has literally been spent to AIR.

Colourpop.com is illegally putting expiry dates on credits provided to their customers. In my instance, they made an error and did not ship me two items that I had paid for. I let them know using the proper channels and they offered me a credit for the two items with a three month expiry date. I responded that there should be no expiry date as they have my money and cannot tell me that they will keep it without providing me with a product or service (unjust enrichment) due to some arbitrary date passing (in this case, the expiry of the credit). California Law agrees with this. No expiry period is permissible. You give them the money, they ‘owe' you merchandise. They can't take your money and offer you nothing in return. This is because, rather than return items, which they do not allow, I did not receive items that I paid for. So the credit they issued me is no different than a gift card in that sense. Especially since it only applies to their store and their merchandise. As a kicker, the items I did buy and didn't receive are out of stock now. I don't want any other product. I wanted those items. Why give me only three months hoping they restock what I originally order? It's unconscionable and extremely unfair to their customers. So I wouldn't let this go and they offered me a one-time monetary return and I took it. I won't be a customer anymore and I was a fan(atic). It's too bad, but integrity and fairness means a lot to me in life and in business. They have many competitors so I'm not losing one bit.
If you have an issue with your delivery or order they have a no return, refund, exchange policy because of there so called low product value. Biggest rip off ever

I have tried quite a few Colourpop products at this point and I have been dissapointed with many, but I have also found some that I cannot live without. My biggest struggle with them is receiving makeup that is a shade or two lighter or darker than what I anticipated.
I love that they are cruelty free and vegan and all of their products are nice and pigmented, buildable and apply smoothly. My favorite Colourpop product is the Lux lip oil. It is super moisturizing, long lasting and has just the right amount of color for daytime wear.
Overall, I would say the pros have outweighed the cons and I will continue to purchase from this company. I would, however, recommend purchasing in store if you are able.
If you've ever shopped on their site you'll notice there are no one-star reviews on their products. I've written several for a particular mascara but when I go to the reviews for the mascara my review is curiously absent. I tried again to write another but it also is not there. The only reviews are glowing praises. No product is going to please everyone. In addition I have also received product that was completely broken in transit and was not allowed to return it. I was only offered a credit to use in the future.

I ordered over 100 USD worth of makeup. It was never delivered, I was told to take it with the post office. If only! The company they use for delivery has an average of 1.2 stars in review because they routinely lose/steal packages, and they are unreachable. By dealing with these scammers, Colourpop made me waste me money and time, no refund was issued. I am deeply unsatisfied.

Don't buy from them online. The products are good but the hassle is not worth it, Beauty Bakerie and other small compagnies have way better products.

Absolute garbage product. Non-existent Customer Service and the slowest shipping I've ever seen for a large scale cosmetic manufacturer. The only decent products they sell are lip glosses, lip oils and lip tints. Even then, their lip products are barely drug store quality. It's an overhyped brand that does not live up to its name. Not sure what the hive mind behind this brand is on about, but it's very misleading. CP must just pay for a lot of advertising.

Colorpop sent me the same shade twice and said it was my eyes that are wrong then ignored my other emails asking for help. Use Knix, Elf, really anywhere other than this disgusting company.
I had ordered two separate orders 5 days ago, I got 3-5 day shipping through USPS and I already contacted customer service 2 times already and have not received a response:/
Going through the customer care log I've seen a statement saying that there must be an error in the tracking system, at this point I'm just disappointed and I really want a refund for this garbage.

By far the worst online shopping experience ever. No returns absolutely whatsoever. Even if they send you a ton of garbage they won't take it back. They won't even utter the word refund. Their explanation is that they're super cheap. Not really, wet and wild is cheap. Colourpop, not so much. Means to get ripped off if you're shopping online with this pissy brand.
I am boycotting colourpop as of today! I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the actions of the company! DHL lost my package/could have delivered to a wrong individual and colourpop did nothing to help me! I was promised a reshipment for days and given hope but today they decided to absolutely drop me and not even reship the LOST order and blame ME for it! Ive been such a fan for so long and ordered tons of times from the company but this absolutely broke any trust I had for this company and will NEVER order again! DISGUSTING!

If you get anything with an unknown scent, Check Youtube for videos on the smell. One of the items in my Rudolph collection (Bath Bar) just smelled like a strong cheap handsoap (Which I wasn't a fan of).

I've ordered from Colourpop many times over the last -5 years, since ~2018, but I don't think I will be returning. I realize one customer boycotting the brand is not going to bankrupt them, but hopefully my experience will help someone else. I placed an order recently (February 2023) only to have one of the items not show up in the shipment. Not that it necessarily matters, I think it's a matter of principle and treating your customers right, but the order was on the expensive side (especially for this website...) and contained 15+ items. When I contacted customer service via email, they informed me that too much time had elapsed since my order had been dispatched and they were unable to help me. Am I supposed to apologize for being out of town for work and not opening the package the second it arrived? I was very polite in my email exchange, provided supporting documentation in the form of pictures of the items that I had received and the packing slip. This is the response that I received: "Please keep in mind that we have this policy in place to be fair to all of our other customers, we hope you can understand! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!"? To be fair to your other customers who actually received what they paid for? Fascinating.
For anyone that's wondering, you can purchase Fourth Ray Beauty products at Ulta instead (I did not realize this until recently; I really like some of their moisturizers, I'm sure their ingredients are garbage but that's besides the point here I suppose). I have never had another company (fashion, beauty, skincare, home decor, accessories, anything) fail to ship me an item and not immediately rectify the situation and ship me a new product. Save your money ladies; there's many others brands ranging from bargain to luxury and everything in between who will actually ship you what you paid for! I very rarely write reviews for anything but felt this needed to be said.

Purchased the SOL body oil and it smelled terrible like chemicals and not good. Customer service said no refunds. Don't expect them to have integrity of any kind.
The package that came was fine but the sticks of eyeliner I purchased looked used, the boxes they were in were crushed and open. The eye shadow I bought had a strong smell when I opened it, I threw it away. I need to find another brand of makeup cause this cost too much for the services I received. I am not even sure I can trust the product or if they are sending me used items that someone else returned. I bought these items

My last package, everything came broken and shattered. I reached out to their customer service team 3 times and they hadn't responded to me until I had posted my experience on social media. Colourpop dm'd me and helped resolve the problem by sending new products. Wish they got my first email but sometimes things happen. I'm just glad they were willing to help me out and send me new, undamaged replacements! :)

Like everyone else here I have yet to get my package. Customer service keeps saying the same thing "please keep waiting" it's been a month and I'm done waiting. Terrible customer service! DHL will not respond and USPS responded by telling me the package never made it to them. They will not offer a new package or refund. When will they realize that DHL is not doing its job getting these packages to people. Now I'm on to the BBB to try and get my money or products sent!
I honestly don't understand why there is always only bad reviews on this website. I love colour pop, I just received a pallet I ordered recently. They always have such cute packaging and great eyeshadow pallets. I look forward to buying from them again.
