Having our conditioner unit close to a salt pool, Covers & All was the best find ever - in Google. Great quality and communication throughout the process of getting the measurements right. I will definitely recommend this company for any covers needed. Now the children can splash (or do bombs) as much as they like in the pool with no fear of rust forming on our unit. Thank you
I hadn't received any information after order placed for weeks so follow up on line. Email had been sent but unfortunately went to spam. I then had a confirmation email nearly every day to do more measurements, this became very frustrating. In the end I followed up on line to get the items started. Once production was started they were made up quickly and delivery was quicker than expected.
Easy to use website. Metric measurements would help the users in Australia. Some people may not order as they will need to convert metric to imperial measurements. I called them about one query and they actioned it immediately. They also answered my call straight away which was nice. No long waits to get an answer. Overall, very. Very happy with the whole experience and I want more of their covers on other items of mine. Will order again soon.

Have been trying to place an order for 3 days now and completely frustrated by your payment system. Finally got it to work after spending hours with online chat. NOWHERE does it say you must SIGN UP to place an order. All other websites allow you to checkout as a GUEST...very frustrsating, especially in this day and age of data breaches

Very annoying to have all measurements in inches. Should use metric for Australian site. System wouldn't accept my credit card. Waited in first position in queue for 2 mins but hang up because I couldn't stand the constant messages repeating in an american accent. Ended up using pay pal with the same card details and it worked. Might have given up if I haven't already spent so much time measuring up and taking photos
Looks like good quality and my furniture is standard size so I need custom covers.

To keep things uniform (and also match the unit used on our machines), we use only one measurement unit for a product. You can certainly measure your article in cm but will need to enter the sizes in inches. The product page accepts decimal points. If you are still concerned, you can also mention the measurement in cms in the notes section. We will verify that the conversion to inches is correct.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We have checked our system and found several orders successfully placed using a credit card, around the same time your order was placed. In such cases, it is best to contact your bank first to inquire why the transaction did not go through. I'm always a little dubious buying things online especially if you don't have anything to compare it to.
I was pleasantly surprised though, the fabric quality is wonderful, the online ordering system very easy to use and the quality of the work is quite honestly the best value for money around! They fit perfectly! I'm so glad I purchased these, they have given my outdoor setting a new lease of life.
Measured up cushions entered info there order form, I think 24 hrs later they asked me to verify the measurements and add some done the around a week or so later and I'm talking later Dec early Jan covers turned up very good quality, only 1 little improvement I would suggest is to put a couple of eyelets in each side of the cushion to let air escape otherwise perfect and I have installed a couple of eyelets on them now seems to do the job. I'll be a returning customer for sure

This UV resistant BBQ cover is exactly what we have been looking for. It's high quality and very well made, a perfect fit, a good colour, tough and durable and promises to last far longer than our previous Weber branded covers which perish in the sun. Customer service can improve upon comm's, it wasn't clear that I was ordering stock from o'seas, I thought it was produced onshore. It took four or more emails before I got a straight answer.
Customer service was excellent aside from this and I'm very pleased about the product quality and value for money. Will definitely use this company again.
I asked a fairly basic question but needed to repeatedly ask it in four or five different ways before it was answered clearly. I found this very annoying and was close to cancelling the order.
In future I recommend making it clear that items are not produced onshore in Australia but o’seas. Transparency is important when gaining a customer’s trust. Customer service should not evade the question.

I can not fault customer service at all! I emailed them that I'd changed my mind on shipping and wanted it priority shipping so that it was here in time for a family gathering on the 23/12 and they fixed everything up very quickly and they were very responsive to all emails. The tablecloth fits my 8 seater outdoor table perfectly and I love the elastic corners. The tough material is just that it's nice and thick aswell and can tell it's of good quality

I recently Pex based a pool table cover and on the inside were marks and stains all over it I emailed someone and they said they would get back to me and never have. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and will be telling people to avoid covers and all. Will be posting this on all social media platforms so this doesn't happen to anyone whilst spending their hard earned money. Ver very dissatisfied

Really helpful on-line customer service chat. I accidently put in the wrong email address, and I was able to talk to someone online and resolve it very quickly. Item appeared in under two weeks, as was expected. Product appears to be 100% better quality than the ones we have been buying at the major hardware store and we have got through a ton of those in the last year, so if this one stands by its 5-year warranty, this should be a great investment. Very happy so far.
I made a typo error and was concerned when I did not receive any order confirmation. I was able to have an on-line chat with a customer service rep and then it was realized that I had input the email incorrectly. He resolved it for and sent through the confirmation and tax invoice. Very helpful.

The custom cushion covers fit like a glove. Quality is great. They are indeed waterproof. And I received them within 2 weeks. Very happy.
I ordered two custom cushion inserts for $139 each. I had expected a tailored finished product. Instead they came as a cut piece of green foam rubber with some fluffy white padding partly glued on it. I had to contact customer service to ask whether to take off the fluff. They eventually said yes after about 10 mins. Looks very cheap for the price but it works ok.

Dealing with professional people who cares about their customers was a great and rewarding experience. Where they had any doubt in mistakes that I may have made in the measuring of the dimensions of the cover needed, questions were asked. I took all their queries at heart which resulted in the final product having a perfect fit!

Fantastic service. Quick follow up by service team (over the weekend) to get design/dimension approval, and extremely fast manufacture and shipping. Unfortunately delivery took a week longer than estimated as it was shipped from India, however that was ok as the quality is great and it fits the storage box perfectly.
Haven't tested whether it is waterproof yet but appears to be.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a cover of bespoke dimensions.

While there were initial concerns with my most recent order, as it seemed to be delayed and the specifications were not promptly acknowledged, I was pleased when the cover arrived.
