Our office in compliance with OSHA just bought a ton of new ergo supplies from this site and all of them were very low priced as compared to office depot which would have been way to expensive to buy everything we needed from wrist pads to new keyboards. Nice that you can get good shipping rates if you order enough supplies. They sell toners too and we may buy those from them in the future as well. Too bad for office depot which is too expensive.
Took weeks before I called and asked for a refund. They said it was sent that morning. Never given a tracking number. After multiple complaints they agreed to refund it and asked to refuse the item to have it sent back to them. Almost a month has passed now and no refund and the bastard doesnt reply to emails. Avoid this business at all costs!

BUYER BEWARE! The return policy is extremely deceptive and if you have to return an item, free shipping is NOT free shipping. You pay to ship the item back and then they reduce the credit amount they give you back on your credit card by charging you the actual original shipping charges (which is a cost only known by them), even IF you paid over $75 for your order as stated in their return policy. The time clock that cost $214 (that was returned) ended up costing me $57 in shipping charges, leaving me with nothing but frustration to show for it. I will try and resolve this issue with my credit card company since this company would not stand by their own policy. Do yourself a BIG favor and stick with reputable companies like Amazon... even if they are a couple of dollars more, at least they don't charge you shipping both ways if you are not satisfied (for any reason) with their product. I will never again order from discountofficeitems.com!
When ordering from online companies you need some sense of security when ordering that you will have hassle free returns if needed since you cannot physically see the items (unless you know on the front end and have ordered it or seen it before). We had an issue with a large order and had to return some items and the return process was a HUGE Hassle! Not only was it hard to deal with customer service but on top of that they didn't even give us a full refund. They took $25 off the refund amount because now that we are returning the items we no longer qualified for the Free Shipping we got on the order. So it costed us $65 to make a return b/c of course we had to pay for the return shipping as well. $65 is a lot of money to lose on a product and get NOTHING for it. I might also mention that the products were not packages very well when shipped. We did a better job protecting the product with the return then they did with the original order.

This is where I get my artist supplies; no one else carries the Mead sketch diary anymore and they have it for several dollars cheaper than other sites. Love lurve!
Their web site doesn't work, it doesn't allow items to be sorted by anything other than "Relevancy". The price range selection filter, also does not work.
I contacted them about it through online chat, and they deny their is any problem. I tried to call them, but no one is answering any of their extensions. Not customer service, not sales, not returns.
All of this makes me wonder when they are going out of business. They sure are NOT even trying to do business.
Bottom line: If the web site doesn't work, and their customer service is non-existent, they will NOT get any of my business.
