I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Easy to use good and professional customer service I suppose to flight home this week 🏠 cause I go back to work the following week I check a lot of travel agents cost of tickets £ 600 and over some take 10 to 15 hours till I get home I have no other option my wife call me that day she find ticket for £ 300 don't cost me all the hassle I'm gonna face that's way I recommended eDreams to anyone who desperate or looking for cheap flights tickets 🎫😌👍

I was on mobile and found the process to be quite smooth.
I would've liked the option to add more than one additional carry-on, however. If I want to travel with a larger suitcase plus my golf clubs, for example, I'm unable to sort that out ahead of time. Perhaps this is an airline specification and not that of eDreams.
This is my first time using eDreams. The price was competitive. I hope service goes as smoothly should I encounter any issues during my trip.

We got the best deal with eDreams. Although the current way of booking a ticket is wat too complicated by selecting everything separate in stead of the old ways, a ticket is including a seat, luggage and meals, I guess modern days prefer complicated behaviour so it looks cheaper where its in fact more expensive.

After I booked my flight schedule, the hotel reservation was automatically connected. I was happy to book all together so I also confirm the reservation of my Hotel. However, since my flight will arrive at 3:45 am in the morning, I could book early check-in instead of one day earlier reservation, which make me cost less. If you could update your website to consider this situation as an optional, it would be grateful for everyone.

Still struggling with some check in issues.I received email saying update more details for check in. But when I click the link it goes back to square. I tried so many times nothing moving forward. My only issue is that it's not clear when the payment will be completed and when I ll get a receipt for it. I m anxious that the total amount, for which I agreed, is going to be increased, in case of a change of prices from the airline, and that I'm going to be charged for prime e Dreams, something that I Don t wish. I'm also worried about the seats, as we are 5,2 elderly people and 2 fifteen years old children. If you could be so kind and clear those issues.

I needed to buy a good value, last minute ticket to Washington. My previous experience with third party agents was not very good, but eDreams was excellent. Easy to book process, the price was fair, the additional luggage costs were straightforward and there were no glitches or unpleasant surprises.

Am experiencing on a little confuse on my bookings, I want to find out if my flight to London needs transit visa before bidding to Toronto from Ghana. I haven't received any confirmation yet, if there must be a transit visa then I'll change my transit destination to another country.
Apart that's Everything it's on point and easy when booking a flight and discounts and offers on deals for comfortability.

My first experience using eDreams such a good offer buying cheaper ticket than other ticketing agent will recommend to friends and family. But i'm waiting until the actual day because i've experience bad services during day take off which my ticket have to cancel or reschedule.

I am deeply disappointed because when booking with other airlines I don't have to pay for carry-on luggage which is a small suitcase or bag pack. After booking I realized no bags were booked. I tried to book but don't know what happened with card was charged twice which was refunded. Now I am unable to book a bag for my trip to Toronto, where as I have paid to make changes.

Terrible company with hidden charges, £140 out of pocket with no travel!
My flight time changed and it wasn't suitable for my connection, the airline refunded the whole cost but edreams refused to refund me the whole cost I had paid keeping their commission essentially.
I complained and was told repeatedly when I chased that my complaints couldn't be found, presumably so I will give up trying to get my money back!

I like booking on eDreams, because there is a broad selection of good fares, and the process to select them is straightforward. What I am less enthusiastic about (and always warn my friends for) is the gauntlet of extras I have to run before getting to the final booking and payment page. It would be great if my eDreams profile would contain a set of pre-selections for all these extras, so they won't be paraded in front of me again and again.

Everything straight forward despite a few negative reviews that I read which made me skeptical at first. Relieved my booking confirmation within 24 hours which I then confirmed via visiting the airlines website.
Also was able to cancel my prime membership without any issues.
