If Ggogle were a person I would have to say Google is worse than babbling Biden. Google make me look ignorant everything I use speech to text. Google doesn't even come close to printing what I say. Sometimes I wonder if Google is on drugs. It's that bad. Please let me know if you have better luck because this is a terrible.

When I ask Google specific stuff I want a specific answer not 20 different sites opinions. I have been doing business with them for 2 years well in January 2024 they decided my business was fake and shut down my account since then business has tanked and here I was thinking Google was out to help small businesses but it is there company I just need to know why I am a legitimate company I have all paper work to prove WHY?

I am a business owner since over 25 years and the last 3 years have been the worst on google. It seems it is a complaining website where people go if they want to get their negative feedback to the world. Most good reviews are on honourable site where the people actually had to proof they have been there or experienced it. On google everything is allowed. My experience with Google and Android has not been real good their control their bias their lack of response to customer support the lack of help from customer support even when you file with Google about an issue they don't answer if they do there's nothing they can do and they ask you to ask the community and I'm not received an answer from the community if you get a phone destroyed and you don't have your email password they'll lock you out of your account and never let you back in it you could go on duck duck Go and it'll take you to your Facebook page where that email address has your picture but Google still can't verify that you there's something up with that not to say Facebook's any better but at least stuck that go will take you to my Facebook page where the email address to Google can't verify you see my picture and with AI and all the stuff that they do have now they knew who I am and they know it's my email address for some reason they decided to block me from it and not let me have it the multiple contacts I've had with Google I get no answer or they'll give me a ID number and never do nothing or return to call send an email they do nothing very very poor customer service

Google is a highly paid company to its employees, we do not know why there are many Googlers taking 2nd jobs as realtors or loan agents in Silicon Valley. They tirelessly solicitates their business or their spouses' real estate business among their coworkers inside the Google system, it is really hard to imagine those engineers take their jobs in Google seriously to be productive.

Google Home and Assistant were formerly great, but they're not that quality product any longer! They are so messed up now they literally do not work 85% of the time and they have been steadily getting worse for over two years, not better. I used to swear by Google, but for a long time now their interface just seems to be systemically and chronically messed up now, as it cannot perform even simple functions correctly anymore.
Please do not spend your $ on Google products. You will regret it. They are not useful as they once were. They have become really, really bad. You will be swearing at it constantly...even if you don't swear, Google will drive you to do so! I regret the money I spent on their smart home products because I have to switch to Alexa now. I just cannot get Google to perform any action correctly anymore. And I am one of millions of people complaining while Google does nothing but let it deteriorate... they just care about AI now so our smart home devices and services are crap and will continue their journey down the road to useless.

One hundred percent unrespowaited three days On hold for 2 and a 1/2 plus hours. Then the system booted me off. Called back and was booted off at 5 o'clock. Nobody ever responded to me. My business is listed as a locksmith. However, my business has not yet shown up once as a locksmith. They are unwilling to help and I think they are not worth it. I will try again and again. Because that is what everybody seems to prefer is Google. I think they have too much power.

The company's name has already become nominal, hence there is no sense to write about its power.
It's very difficult to imagine our regular life without google, because literally everything is searched via this company's search engine. Lots of people work on the infrastructure every day to maintain the quality of services.
I usually use google for different tasks and it's fast and secure. Yeah, sometimes there are difficulties in case of updates or stuff liek that, but these are just trifles for me.

Google is deleting your review if they dont like it. Even if your words are well written.
NEVER TRUST google and their FALSE reviews. Just like trustpilot, google reviews are FAKE.
Also google maps is tracking you, spying on you and sells/uses ILLEGALLY your data.

GOOGLE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT THEM. I TRIED, BUT I CANNOT CONTACT THEM. THIS GIGANTIC GLOBAL FAKE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE EMAIL ADDRESS, WHILE STEALING OUR DATA AND MISLEADING US!

I provided them with all the details and evidence pf a spam review left by one person using different accounts and they come back wth the same standard response that they investigated and found no violations.
I don't think they investigated this, if they did they would have found that the review I flagged came from multiple accounts by the same person.
