I had a wonderful experience purchasing from houzz.com. One friend of mine recommended this store after purchase of the stylish furniture set for his house. Flipping through the catalogue with wide range of products I've finally found exactly what I needed! My brand new coffee table is a perfect fit for my living room. Now I can spend my leisure time with much more comfort and pleasure. Thank you for the great survice!

I have placed many orders with houzz and the customer service has always been exceptional from the moment I place my orders to delivery. I've only had 1 incident where a china cabinet I ordered was delivered with the glass broken during transit, but Michael and his team very quickly assisted me in having it replaced. Any item I've ordered has been great quality and I honestly can't say a negative thing about them.

Bought a full dining set from them. Everything was okay, until one, then two, then three of the chairs started to come apart. The company REFUSED to do anything about it because it was a little over a year. The 10% coupon they offered on future purchases added insult to injury.

Probably moving this year and we know where we won't be getting our new furniture.

With this purchase, I've now have purchased 3 of these metal yard decorating birds for my 3 sisters. The two previous recipient sisters really loved the metal cardinals as our family sees the appearance of cardinals as my dad's benevolent spirit coming back to watch over us and visit for a little bit. Now, all 3 sisters have something in their yard that reminds them of him. It just happens to meet the criteria for being one of those gifts that means more than the sum of its parts.

I initially received the wrong color for two chairs, but getting two other chairs to replace them was super. They even scheduled a pick up for the wrong ones to be returned so I didn't have to lug them or find someone to bring a truck to help me. The replacement ones came earlier than expected and I love them, Well made and instructions easy. A good value for the money.

We were in need of a new deck as our old wooden deck was starting to show it's age. I found Pulsar Construction online and requested a quote. Alex called the next day and was very kind and professional when going over options for our new deck. The quality of his work is exceptional as he pays attention to the finest details. I would highly recommend Pulsar Construction to anyone. The deck will out last the house. Thank you for all your hard work Alex. We are thrilled with our deck.

We had a fantastic experience working with Northern Construction Tile (Hector and Marco). They helped us sort through the many porcelain slabs available to choose the best one for our kitchen remodel. They quoted us a very compatible price for the product, delivery and installment of our new kitchen counter tops. They delivered on time and did a fantastic job installing it. The crew was clean, polite, punctual and precise. We are 100% happy with the outcome.

Apparently my teacher's credit union did not accept this order and kicked it out of their system. I just saw your email about not procession the order and cancelling it. I am now re-ordering the tub and shower head with my regular checking account. Please let me know it there are any further issues. Also, it's very important that a delivery this size be left at the garage door, and not the front door. Please communicate that to the delivery team.

Our mom's aging-in-place bathroom renovation was a big success - a full wet room concept with zero-threshold shower, linear wall drain and full handicap design w/grab bars and accessible shower fixtures. Also a wider doorway for future wheelchair access, modular vanity, non-slip surfaces, and beautiful tile work. Functional and looks fantastic! Thanks, Rob, Steve and team for a job well done!

I've been searching for a modern top mount sink to replace one in the house where we are living temporarily while building! A high end sink for a sale price! Very nice for resale as well.

We were going for a beachy look and this coffee table works perfectly! It's from reclaimed wood and has the nail holes and imperfections that give it character. The description was completely accurate. The price made this a great value. Shipment and delivery were as promised, with good communication. We're very happy with the whole experience!

Anthony is always a delight to speak to. He is thorough, provides in depth verbal and visual guidance but most of all sends a helpful follow up email almost immediately once our meeting has ended. Bought a set of swing arm lamps, one for each side of the bed in the master bedroom. They looked and worked great. Then we rearranged the furniture in the adjacent sitting room and decided we needed lighting. Bought a second set of the lamps, and not only do we have reading light in both areas now, I think the rooms are pulled together with the continuity of the matching lamps. We're pleased.

I called customer service prior to placing an order for an expensive leather couch and loveseat to see if they had stock, and would ship as it stated on web site by January. The representative was very patient, and answered all my questions assuring me that there were 20 couches in stock to be shipped within state I live. Very happy with the information. Thank you!

Houzz needs to do a better job of providing discounts and right now deliveries are not being made to the door of my condo. I was told that this huge, expensive rug will be dropped off in the lobby of my condo. Other companies are coming in to set things up, with masks, etc. I would not have purchased this rug from Houzz if I was able to find it elsewhere. I was able to find most of the other furniture elsewhere so Houzz lost quite a bit of money based on service and delivery time.

I love shopping on Houzz, drama free, great die with upscale choices at very reasonable prices! Always find something better, more original or a surprise you didn't know you needed!

I knew of houzz as being a online platform for interior design and home fashion to get ideas for remodeling or designing a room but I did not realize they sold some wonderful products and just by happenstance of seeing a really cool outside table on another site I don't even know how it came up online showing me the same item for considerably less money which made me so thrilled that I made my first purchase I can't wait to see it

My only complaint is figuring out where to select after pay! The arrow on select payment type is so faded I could barely see it! Your losing orders because of it.

Working virtually with ‘UnComplicated Design' was the best decision I have ever made for designing my living room and finding my style. With help from Andrea I was able to get a ‘Mood Board' that my husband and I love for a great price. Thank you. It's a big deal because my taste in design is so different from his. Andrea was able to bring it together for us.

I simply love Houzz! It is easy to get around the website, the idea's are wonderful and the help is great. I purchased wallpaper that everyone raved about. I also bought lighting for the bathroom that was easy to install and looked perfect for the bathroom. Now I'm purchasing a mirror and I'm positive it will be just as well made and beautiful as the other products I have purchased. The customer Service is very helpful and waste no time getting back to you. All around perfect!
