I love it, we have ordered at least a dozen items from you in the past few months. THey arrive well packed and are just as beautiful as we hoped!
I have been charged the wrong tax rate. If you'll look into it you will see that I am in unincorporated Arapahoe county. My complete tax rate is only 4.25%. It seems like about 90% of the time people get it right but about 10% of the time I have to follow up and get a refund because the tax rates wrong.
This company has an extensive list of lighting fixtures for every aspect to enhance, illuminate a home. They are experienced and very helpful. Each item I ordered has been shipped on time and packaged very well carefully including items I have purchased from their open box collections. I have never experienced a negative or disappointment with Lamps Plus.

I love the variety of style choices... would love to have even more options if possible. Good search engine within this shop. I was happy to find the lamp I had chosen and put in my cart for over a day was actually available as "Open Box". I'm going to take my chances and give it a try. The only thing I found missing at checkout was an option for a promo code. Every "pro" online shopper regular uses promo codes to sweeten the deal.
Good style variety and seems like good quality products based on reviews. It was between a lamp I really liked on West Elm's website and here. The price and shipping time had me choose Lamps Plus.
Website easy to use. Placed a call to the help center and they were extremely helpful with my product questions.

Shopping was easy. I don't even know why web sites are still asking this question. Shopping is always easy. Instead they should be asking if the product purchases met my needs/expectations - dumb question. ANYWAY Product quality is just OK. Crystals are attached with a thin wire which was lose on every crystal and because of that all crystals looked saggy, hanging on one side. I had to twist each wire to make them tight - and that finally gave it an appearance like the one on the web photo.

One of a few handful "great sites" to shop for home goods (furniture, lightings, fan, home office decorations, etc). Great and awesome experience since i first discovered this site in late 2019.
Good website but 3 things could be improved:
1. Some items do not have enough photos
2. Lamps with built-in LED module should list the color value of the light in Kelvin.
3. Saved items should be indicated on the items when you continue shopping.

I have purchased a few items from you. They always arrive quickly. The quality seems good to me. My impression is that led items are lighter relative to other options. It takes a little getting used to but they are holding up great. Lights up about 10 months. Not one problem. I have a clock and under counter led lights on the way. I just ordered today and if they ship like all the others I should get them by the end of the week. Always free.

Please make the shopping cart more user friendly with a 'save for later' button. I didn't really want to delete all my choices, just needed to order my fans today.

Terrible algorithm! I need to have items shipped to my PO Box. The PO places a note in the box to let me know it has arrived. They do not deliver to my physical address. Your website required me to use my physical address. Maybe l'll receive my order some day! Only time will tell.

My husband and I recently moved to another state. As is the case with so many "moves", we discovered some damage when our belongings were unpacked, among it, the desk lamp for our office desk.
I found the same lamp on LampsPlus (where I found the original lamp) and ordered it just days ago. It's been delivered and is perfect. Of course. I've purchased several items from LampsPlus and they seem to get it right every time!

Only complaint was that the two shades were nested together as they were shipped and it left a crease on one of them. I believe it may go away, but it could have easily been avoided if there was some foam or padding between the shades. Otherwise, very well packaged with lots air bags.
