I would like to thank you for the prompt delivery of this item. Laser Corporation was a pleasure to deal with. Your team was prompt to get back to me in relation to the order and made sure my item was on track to be delivered, in what I am sure is a difficult time of the year. I did not get the name of the lady I dealt with on Tuesday, but she was fantastic. Fantastic customer service!
Twelve emails between order and receipt! Was all that necessary? Two emails from Sitejabber asked me for feedback some time before I receive the item.

The product arrived in the end but 2 faulty Tracking links one after another one involving New Zealand and another for a delivery to Carlton Last October were not encouraging but I got a delivery in the end.
A false start but good contact by email and a final result
My original Laser Clock radio developed a dead display segment out of warranty but not what I would expect after only 3 or so years of use. But the throw out price and fee delivery on the same model item was good.
