I am a returning customer and I'm coming back because I am very happy with the jacket you made for me, now some years ago. Total quality all the way. Some information is missing from descriptions at the website, for example, you don't include if the blazer has shoulder pads, leaving me to assume it has, since blazers normally do. Other than that, the website worked well for me.

I placed an order online for a custom made leather jacket. Although I thought I followed the detailed measuring instruction precisely, an employee contacted me wanting to affirm a measurement he felt might have been short. After further measurement details and suggestions, I added 2-1/2" to my sleeve measurement, and thankfully so! My jacket is of incredible quality and fit's like a glove! Thank you Leather Cult!

Please consider creating easier return options for customers, and pay attention to the customers' selections.

This is my first time buying from LeatherCult, I believe in good service and good products for the money we paid for. The leather jacket was made too tight and I write in to inform the staff and ended up asking me to get it resolve by yourself locally. The measure was asked to take "without any allowance" but the jacket came so tight which feels very uncomfortable. The staff we made the jacket according to the size provided. I asked a question this is a leather jacket Who will wear a leather jacket without having any shirt or t shirt inside? LeatherCult is professional in making those jacket should know this basic allowance for 1-2 inch from actual size. Now only offering me 15% for future order. Look I'm not asking for any discount just wanted to get this problem fix. But I am asked to fix it myself locally.

My jacket is perfect. I was very worried because some of the reviews were harsh, and there was also no phone number for me to call to get comfort. But I took a risk. Have to say, Leather Cult came through with flying colors. I would recommend that everyone take a printout of the measurements page to your tailor and get measured by a pro first consistent with the Leather Cult website. It will probably reduce error. My experience was great and I will now order more.

I received my package a week earlier than I was supposed to, which was unexpected, but a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the pants surpassed my expectations, and they are incredibly comfortable. I'm so glad I got them, and I will definitely be purchasing from here again! Before buying them I had some doubts, and was worried they wouldn‘t fit, or they would be too baggy... but nope, they were actually perfect! The customer service is also pretty fast, and thank you to Erica for answering all of my questions :)

Ordered leather Jean's for my wife.
After sending off the measurements - the company contacted us with concerns to a particular measurement so we adjusted it and ended up with a perfect fitted pair.
They were delivered well wrapped and the leather is really good quality as is the finishing.
Will definitely be buying again.

I have your symphony detachable hood leather jacket custom made and wear it pretty much every day in the winter and even year round on rainy days. Looking forward to my vest I just ordered! Such great work that lasts so well

This felt like a risk, but it paid off. Choosing the style, leather type, and lining, along with specifying measurements seems like a great way to get the perfect garment, but being online/mail order it definitely feels risky. But it came in, fit great, and I'm already wearing it as a primary leather coat for cold weather. I'm very happy and it was worth the money spent!

I honestly wasn't sure this website was legit but after a friend had a good experience decided to give it a go. I ordered the Mass Effect jacket with custom measurements and it fits like a glove. All the details are correct and as advertised. I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company out there but my experience was solid. Two thumbs up, absolutely love this jacket.

I order a jacket last month and put in my measurements and noted that I was a woman (it was labeled as a man's jacket). Great looking jacket when it arrived. I checked the measurements when they arrived and all but 1 match, the biceps. Leather cult admitted that they added 4.5 inches to my measurement of the bicep area. What I received was a leather jacket with baggy arms, Looks like I'm a kid wearing my dads jacket in that area. They offered me a $15 gift certificate to reorder the jacket.
$15 in leather cult money is unacceptable. Why should I have to shell out another $180 plus tax (minus 15 lol) because they added inches to my measurement without informing me? Doesn't seem right. I wrote back and hope they will make things write in an adequate fashion. It's one thing if my measurements were off, but for them to admit that they added to one of my measurements without telling me?

It will cost me $75 to have a leather alteration made here in the Los Angeles area, and I hope they will cover that or send me a new jacket.

Fingers crossed that leather cult customer service will match the beauty of the jacket. Stay tuned for an update.

Little bit of trouble as merchant does not accept reloadable prepaid cards (even though its a government backed 'welfare' deposit card). Got a new bank account after payong off some fines and securing regular direct deposit and now i'm not restricted in making purchases. Very excited! Perfection in the measurement request form and loving the expansive color selections, i dont even have my initial outfit yet and I know already I'll be returning

I saw a jacket that looked great online, but you never know till you see it up close. I loved the fact that you can customize almost every aspect of the piece. Production, shipping and delivery were all very prompt and when delivered, the quality of the jacket was better than I even hoped for. I highly recommend Leather Cult and will very likely be ordering again.

Very odd to manage site? Not very easy for me. Took some time, hope it's worth it.

Super excited to rock these bad boys. They're my first pair of bespoke leather pants. The fit was perfect; exactly what I measured for. The zippers are all functional, I have plenty of mobility, the leather itself feels amazing, and they look hella rad! Very, very pleased overall. Will definitely be placing another order in the future. Thanks!

Bought the van diesel jacket and it arrived as we thought. Shipping costs were pretty high but that is the one I wanted. It was ridiculously small for an XL. Sent pictures and it not even close. Not sure where we go from here

Only 3 weeks to receive this nice tailored blazer jacket! My first experience with this site but quite pleased! Termination is supreme and leather quality excellent! Can't beat price and surely will order more stuff in the future! Thanks
