Becky & Charlie, the ladies of Legacy, will be super friendly & helpful, while your looking around for a new executive office, but don't be fooled! I have had an office with Legacy, the last three years. I strongly recommend that if you're in the market, you look elsewhere. There is an overall dishonesty in the way that they handle their business & clients. While the rent itself might be a little less than other places, the various expenses are ridiculous, not only in cost, but if you weren't being ripped off, it'd be funny what they charge you for. Recently, there was a receptionist who left, because she felt guilty for having to charge the clients, for all of the various expenses. Not even kidding, about that... On that note, the turn over is also ridiculous. So more often than not, the receptionist is new & clueless. By the time they're trained, they typically leave. Lastly, my biggest issue with Legacy, is what they're doing to me, right now. We are moving to another location, because of all the issues I went into above, in addition to some others. We have just received our final invoice. It includes a laundry list of expenses, making our monthly invoice 60% higher than usual. I understand that their are going to be some additional expenses associated with us moving out, but these seem a little steep. Here's the kicker, though. Maybe they are correct, in which case, I will be happy to pay them! But neither I, nor anyone in our home office can get anyone at Legacy to take our call, return our calls, or return our emails, to discuss these charges. This is a tactic that they used with all their tenants, for any disputed charges. It's just shady, lame, childish, & most of all, unprofessional. Delete review
