I had an unusual request, and Karen, one of their customer support representatives, went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly helpful and sweet, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. Karen even made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I am truly grateful for her exceptional service and hope she receives the recognition she deserves, perhaps even a well-deserved raise!
Was charged more that what was said and when i was told it would be refunded it wasn't. They said they would cancel my membership but the next month i was charged the same amount again.

I found that the editor was difficult to use due to conflicts. Site support was good though and I managed to work through this. However I would prefer to know there is a charge for the c.v. builder at the start rather than the end after entering all my information

A good friend advised that this was an excellent way to do my CV. I found various templates and was able to choose one that suited. It really helped me to have a starting point, remove those that were not applicable to me and add items that were applicable. Essentially, I now have a fully completed CV that I can now send to employers and update as necessary!

How do an organisation such as yours take out money from ones account without notification for a subscription I am not aware of.

Our subscriptions are auto-renewing, as we have a continuous billing feature that charges the credit card on file after the 14-day trial expires and every four weeks afterward unless they choose to cancel the subscription beforehand.
If there was no cancellation request sent before the trial period, the account is enrolled into a monthly subscription at the regular price. The auto-renewal information is listed in multiple areas like our plans page, the payment information page, and lastly, on your welcoming email, which confirms the 14-day trial purchase and a detailed overview of your new subscription.

No mention of money, then wants you've wasted your time doing a cv, they ask for £1,95 to download it,which I did, but cancelled the subscription of £17 a month which I don't need just for 1 cv, but regardless they have recorded my card details, and continue to take money for the last three months, not even based in uk,lying $#*!s
