Hello, MDG is disrespectful, not mindful at all,and don't care for Americans. I worked I. CUSTOMER SERVICE for years and never experienced anything like these people. I recommend staying away from this company. Not because of my situation, because you never know who these people overseas or in another really are. Probably dangerous. But those people go to jail too.

MDG promotes time and time again shop now save later. After a recent purchase they refused to honour that commitment. Belligerent agents do nothing to help and take advantage of the fact you have already signed a purchase contract. This company has gone desperately down the toilet in recent years

Do not spend your money with these dishonest people, my order was cancelled for no reason at all, they try to make me believe my bank declined the payment when the money was there 3 days early,payment was supposed to be made on Wed it never came out of my account, I spoke with Mary the day after Thanksgiving she said my payment would come out the following Monday still no payment deducted so I call and now Mary doesn't remember the conversation they are so full of it.Do Not Waste your time here all they do is lie, I should have listened to the reviews

They signed docs with my name that I never signed. Said I agreed to purchase price and payments and need to be held accountable makes me wonder how many others they've screwed over

I've been a customer for awhile now. There rates are outrageously high, there delievery and wait times are very lengthy, the begining was quite the hassle, I'm paying out the remainder of my balance today and never looking back. I suggest no one uses this company as you can buy the same product in stores for cheaper.

I hesitated using any company for financing my PC, but glad I did and went with MDG. The customer support representative I had (Mitchell), was incredibly helpful. The product arrived right on time and after hook up, was exactly what they said it was and was zero hassle. Technoid built a beautiful rig and I'd 100% recommend both companies. Payment plan is easy to manage online. I was worried about shipping but they packed that PC like it was the Hope Diamond.lol Awesome all the way around.

They got all my personal information including banking which include my name and address and then they asked me to send picture of me to verify my address, then why the hell did i include all those personal information about me which included my address and full name in my own back statement? I say cancel my profile and delete all my personal information, cause this site sound shaddy for asking my all those thing a normal site would never ask!

Until this past week I would have said I was a good customer and would always do business with MDG again, that has all changed. I ordered a few things for Christmas and paid for 2 day shipping however there was a mistake made in the shipping department and they were sent economy instead. MDG said they obviously would be taking the shipping charges off my bill but now they have changed their minds. I made several calls to Fed-ex and arranged delivery myself and by sheer luck got some of my items on time and because of my phone calls and arrangements with fed ex MDG is now saying they will not take the shipping charges off my bill. I do as well have the shipping labels that state they were sent economy and not 2 day delivery! I will not be a returning customer again! I will add a picture of at least 1 of the labels that say they were sent economy

When you order something takes too long for tracking and actual date on when you will receive merchandise. It is way too vague. We as customers would like better information so we can plan for it..

I would have to say that this is one of the worst companies ever and would definitely not waste any time ordering anything from this company! I was a MDG customer for years was given a $1500.00 credit for purchases. I paid off my order which grew with major interest to $3000.00 that was paid in full. MDG kept texting and texting me about my credit application so I called and was immediately given another credit in the amount of $1900.00 I made a purchase of $1700.00 for a washer and dryer with a pending tracking order with a few seconds thereafter, I received an email stating that MDG denied my credit with an adverse action letter my credit score was over 600 so therefore, I would definitely rate MDG a 1star!

I had trouble getting my bank verified but it was probably because I usually use secure browsers. I'd like to be able to make additional payments online but understand that I need to call the finance department to make extra payments. I suppose having the question answered up front is a good thing.

I know this is for people with bad credit. But, instead of selling a $700 tv for $700, plus interest, they took a tv I. E. the RU7300 Samsung curved tv 65", that costs 699.99 on Samsung's website to buy for $1149. 00 PLUS interest. So, you pay $1800 for a $700 tv. I did not buy from them, please, do some research. Don't let them screw you for $1100 on a tv.

I managed to get a good phone for a good price from them and I have not had any issues with it. I alter bought a headphone for the same phone and they all work great. I think that I will be buying more items in the future. The delivery time was good and I like it. Keep up the good work.

Bob Batakovic not a good rep. I just had surgery, got SEVERAL emails asking WHY I hadn't ordered from this company. I finally ordered. 'Bob' asked me to go move money from one account to another. Change original info on my purchase. I did everything he asked. Was told by Bob he would contact me real soon. NEVER heard a word! What I DID receive was a order cancelation. And first payment money removed from my account!

Extremely shady company with bait and switch business practices. Was approved to spend $2,500 only to be told I need to make a large down payment stretched over 3 months BEFORE they would even ship the product. Since I am buying these items as gifts for Christmas, it makes zero sense to make payments on an item I wouldn't even have possession of for 3 months.
I have a good, stable and tenured job with great income, and established checking accounts with positive history. I have been approved for virtually all lease-to-own programs I have applied for before and after this transaction, such as Aarons, Quadpay, Afterpay, Flexpay, Klarna, Rent A Center - you name it. In my entire life and history of using lease to own, all of those company's verification steps never once flagged me to make some sort of odd down payment schedule without receiving the product/s. So there should not have been any issues with MDG if they were a legitimate service.
I find it extremely suspicious that they did not tell me about the down payment requirement until they obtained all my personal info and waited until I signed all of the paperwork. I was literally told at the very last step. I honestly am surprised no one has started a class action suit against them for this type of deceptive business behavior (to which I now will be looking into). Stay away at all costs, it is a huge waste of time and a way for them to harvest your personal info. I have used lease to own my entire life (I have never missed a payment with any company in my life) and this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero stars.

I bought over 3,000 worth of product and paid it off in less than 5 months. Never missed a payment. They say they update to the credit bureaus, but that is every 3-4 months if you complain. Today my credit score dropped 18 points because they closed my account for no reason. I had a zero balance! I was going to buy something else, but not now. So they dropped my score with a hard inquiry in December and dropped my score again in September because they closed my account. I will never buy from them again.
