I received a lot of inaccurate information ("Package was delivered last Thursday," for example) and was told I would have to pay for items I never received. Fortunately, the items did arrive five days after. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Also asked me to report to the police if I missed the package. I will not shop with them anymore.

Be careful to order by mail. They don’t care if the package is missing. Go report the police yourself.
Apparently even a "manager" cannot return an item with tags on, in the original shopping bag, and with a receipt, if it's dated anything over 60 days. Might have gotten further if I "lost" my receipt. Doesn't make any sense. I worked retail in Seattle for many years when Nordstrom was known for their customer service; in particular, accepting return on a set of tires! This got them decades of positive and free publicity. Guess those days are gone, but in a world with fewer free-standing retailers you would think customer service would be more important. Oh well… time to shop elsewhere…
I will never order online again. Four items missing out of eleven. Items are no longer in stock to replace, so I'm out some great deals I found because either an employee stole the items or was incompetent and couldn't do their job. Customer service said 'I MAY' get a refund for the missing items; I'll know in three days and was unable to offer any other compensation.
Please don't buy online! There are holes all over my blouse. The product description does not indicate that it is damaged. They refuse to return the money. The customer service stopped responding. No more online shopping! Bad quality, bad service.
Ordered gifts for baby. Explicitly requested items be mailed directly to giftee. Spent 30 minutes on phone gave both billing address and mailing address for the recipient. Did this because I was going on extended vacation which they CSR and myself discussed. Indicated what I wanted on gift card. Of course I got an email and to my dismay the order was shipped to me. Called customer service and was not items were in transit. This all occurred within a 24 hour period. Saks will be the future online site for me

Do yourself a huge favor and don't order anything from this site. It has. Nothing to do with the REAL Nordstrom. They'll take your money but never ship anything. Good luck trying to get customer service or anything. It's practically non existent. How this site is allowed to post and conduct business by these social media sites is beyond me.

Last Christmas 2022, I placed an order for a gift and they cancelled it 8 days later- so I was out a gift 3 days before the gift exchange. I should have learned! This year, 2023, I ordered Men's Ugg boots for my son on 12/9/23, and on 12/14/23 I received women's waterproof walking boots instead. I am DONE with this company. Their online customer chat showed no care and typos.

These are really the worst shoes I've ever had, I just wore them once and can throw them away. Therefore, I warn you not to buy there, the quality does not justify the price.
I ordered the wrong size ( based on the reviews) of booties and they were final sale so they will not exchange or return so I can get my size. Bastards considering they were $28 and how much I shop At Nordstrom rack. They lost me as a customer. $#*!s!
Delivery person took a pick of delivered package but it wasn't there when i opened the door. ( i was home all day) shipping company had over 2k review and they all 1 star. Poor! Why would Nordstrom use such a horrible company to deliver their goods. Some reviews was similar to my situation. Delivery guy took a pick, garbed package and left without realizing that there were multiple cameras.
Will never hop here again. Dont want keep loosing my money again

I bought a pair of shoes & paid a total price of $41.13. The shoes did not fit so I returned them figuring I'd lose the shipping fee of $9.95. I received a refund of $21.23 which means it ended up costing me $19.90 to return the shoes. Outrageous. I'll never buy from Nordstrom Rack again.

Waited a day after my purchase and then charged me more than I authorized. So I haven't even received my stuff yet and Nordstrom Rack is already firmly on my black list. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
On 9/28/2023 I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. On 10/3/2023 I received the empty package. They don't want to refund me.
First, they charge shipping and a return fee. Now they charge for pick up store orders. Who does that? That's pure greed. Also, I was charged the return fee for boots that had a blemish on them which means damaged. No more unless its in store. I will stick to Nordstrom's free shipping and free returns. One more thing, the customer service for the Rack is terrible.
I purchased some items from nordstrom rack and asked for a gift receipt but only got a regular receipt so when i asked for the gift receipt the girl working the register said it already went through and didn't even try to fix it and rolled her eyes at me when i asked her to try again or call for a manager

The wrong order was sent. Tried to reorder and they were completely out of my items. Beyond disappointed and I was told it takes up to two weeks for a refund!
I ordered some boots on here, I placed my order on April 16, it's may 12, still no tracking number email, no nothing, but my card was ran thru, I'm moving in less than month, where is my stuff, don't know what to do..
They lie send fake replica jewelry I emailed to return it's from China they say it's too far to return and I pd 65 they want to send me 5 dollars back and keep it! It's not even worth 5 dollars what the heck someone needs to investigate these people will keep emailing me saying sorry I want my refund and they won't send me shipping label or take it back
I placed an order for 5 items late 12/27. In looking at an email next morning I realized that PayPal had defaulted my shipping address to a previous one (in another state). I got on chat and was told 1 item had shipped and there was no way to reroute it. They put in a request for refund due to being unable to reroute. I asked them to change the address for the remaining 4 items. They could not. I asked to cancel unshipped items. They could not. I was advised to call when I received tracking. I did. Could not reroute 4 items. Placed refund request. Just received email that 1st request was denied…Guessing same 2nd…

Hate when they use UDS to deliver my packages. I have had nothing but my orders being delayed with UDS. I was told a delivery date several times but my package didn't show. I was told by agents yesterday if I did not get my package by the end of the day yesterday, I could contact back and request a refund. Today I reach out for a refund since I didn't get my package, the agent decided to tell me they can't do that for me and to basically wait til the 12th. So then they transfer me to someone else and they tell me they can't do a refund because it was out for delivery today. I am beyond pissed. Whether it was out for delivery or not I still should get a refund. Their customer service and policies suck. They do not care how you feel or go by what they tell you.
I purchased a Ray Ban sunglass at the store. In 40 days it faded. They did not replace it because ther returning policy is 30 days. But I have been using Ray Ban for ages. It has never happened to me with the Ray Ben. Is that possible they sell faked Ray Ben?!

"Final Sale" is just that. Even if merchandise is defect you are stuck with item. Sole off boot after a few wears, sneakers where stitching gave way within a short time. You own it. Bad customer deal.
