I wish I had her name but the survey code is 76KW GO4Y P1F4. The employee working in the copying area at Office Max in Mansfield, Ohio was so helpful. She helped me make some copies in record time. Plus I was in a hurry (like we all are), in and out of the store in a flash. Really nice lady. The date and time was 10/24/23 2:56 pm. Thank you, Deb Reese
I am a remote worker and I needed a filing cabinet. I ordered a file cabinet to be delivered to my home from Office Depot. After ordering, it did not show up in the website tracking. It also did not arrive on time. I had to chat twice to resolve it. It arrived with major damage. I had to chat to arrange a return. The return pickup never showed up, I had to char to resolve that. The pickup finally showed up and had no paperwork or receipt. I had to chat to resolve that. Every part of it, other than the tech support people, was unprofessional. I do not reccomend them to anyone.
I received an email, thanking me for signing up for a trial of business select. Office Depot must be compromised as I didn't sign up for any such thing. Tried to call them and their message says they're having technical difficulties. I bet. There's no way to chat, there's no way to communicate with this company at all. Get ready to monitor your credit Office Depot customers.

They delivered my order to the wrong address….TWICE. It took hours on the phone (several hang ups on their end) and via text to get the product finally delivered, 7 days after expected. Promised a credit, but it was "over-ridden" several times by an employee they would not identify. Again, hours on the phone & via text to seek resolution & due credit. 10 days after the initial promise of a refund was made, and I've yet to receive it. On a scale of 1-10, a 0.25. Staples from here on out.
I will never use any printing service from this company! I placed an online order for a wedding printable and Office Depot canceled my item for no reason whatsoever. They could never give a straight answer to why the order was canceled. I tried to speak with a customer service representative (30 minute call) to resolve the issue with no success. I asked to speak to the manager, but she was "in a meeting". This company is not reputable.
I have now gone in circles with this company. First off I think that it is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait almost 3 weeks for a refund. When I purchase something they want the money right then and there. Once I finally received the refund it had the wrong name on it and the corporation sent me back to the store to get it fixed. The store was confused but sent the work order in and now that it has been a few weeks I went back to the store and they told me to call the main number and they then sent me back, So, please enjoy your free $140 which is nothing to you but hey I guess I helped pay a few lunches.

I ordered 9/14/23 came damaged 9/20/23.5 calls 6 days. Everyone fron office depot was nice just not helpful.
Finally today I am told they are refunding my money and keep the damaged board.

Jan 12,2024 I met witha store manager at 2 pm. He advised me to order a MicroSoft Surface Pro 9 which he ordered for me. I spefically told him that I need a celluar sim card slot. When I got the computer delivered on Wednesday Jan 17 at 7 pm. I noticed it did not have a celluar sim card slot. Thursday Jan 18, I brought back the computer and met with the same store manager. He gave me *******768 to have Office Depot pick it up as he can not take back my computer and refund my money. I told him that he used a cash register to charge me for this computer. He said that I will get my money back once they picked up my computer. I call that 800 number. They told me that i have to get an approval to return it which takes 48 hours for an approval. I didn't get an approval until Tues Jan 23. They told me that they will pick it up on Wed Jan 24 between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. I told them that I won't be home as I have several appointment out of town and asked them to pick it up today Jan 26. Again they told me that they will between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. It is now 3:15 pm and no one has been to my house to pick this computer up. I called back the 800 number and been on hold for 45 minutes. I am affraid that I will never get my money back.

I just spent, along with 2 other customers, 57 minutes waiting to be called to make some copies in the office depot in Hunters Creek, Florida. I kept receiving their texts stating there was a minute more to wait. However, when we spoke with the manager, we were told they were not seeing any more walk ins. The manager was very unprofessional and did not want to help us. He was Very rude. They need some communication skills as well as customer service.
I bought an almost $500 desk. The unit was not available at my local store so I had to purchase online. It was literally DROPPED off while I was a work - damaged with the end of the box destroyed. I immediately sent pictures and called OD and my CC company trying to get them to pick up or for me to bring back to the store. OD is stating I never contacted them and are pushing now for payment. Do they not realize people keep emails and phone records? Horrible customer support. I will never buy from here again.

I bought an Epson printer at the Aurora Avenue store in Seattle, but it was faulty. I took it back and asked for a refund. I was turned down because the credit card I used had subsequently been stolen and I had cancelled the account. A cash refund was not possible, I was told. Terrible customer service. I won't shop here again.

When I purchased a large modular desk unit at my local Office Depot--and paid to have Apollo put it together--I thought everything was set to go. How wrong I was. I had told the Office Depot salesperson that the boxes (with unassembled desk pieces) would have to be delivered to my current home, then I would take it to my future home. No problem, he says. So--when the three huge boxes were delivered, I had them put in the back of my truck. Here is where it gets interesting--and frustrating. When I was contacted by Apollo, they said they were "installers," not "movers"--that I would have to get the boxes to the place where the unit would be assembled. Well, my new office is on the second floor of my new home. I am almost 76 years old, and there is no way I could get those three boxes up the stairs ny myself! When I called Apollo, the customer "service" person (I use the term "service" very loosely) said my options would be to hire someone to get the boxes up the stairs or to carry the pieces up one at a time. Of course, I ended up hiring someone.
I would NEVER purchase a piece of furniture from Office Depot that needs assembling. And I would certainly NEVER use the APOLLO company for anything. Period.
Having said that, the Apollo installer was a very nice man who actually helped me carry down the empty boxes (another thing the Apollo customer "service" person said they don't do) and put them in my truck. The unit looks very nice, and I hope to get many years of enjoyment out of it. But--if there is a next time for me on something like this, I will go to a regular office furniture store that will send people to carry the pre-assembled unit where it belongs.
11/5 at 10.59 am, I dropped a package off at the Holcomb Bridge location, Norcross GA, as an authorize FedEx shipping center. I received my scanned drop off confirmation receipt (thinking my package was safe). I was told Fed ex would pick up the package 11/6, the next day. 11/9 package still not scanned by FedEx. I contacted the store, spoke with John, the assistant manager, advised him of the issue. He takes down my contact info and investigate to see if the package was left in the store by mistake and checks the camera. He returns my call shortly, states he reviewed the camera, saw me walk-up to the shipping counter, hands package to worker, receive drop off confirmation receipt, and purchase batteries.
The camera doesn't show if the worker placed the package in the FedEx bin. He stated, FedEx doesn't scan packages, at the location, which I was told by FedEx to be untrue. Each package is scanned when picked up from each location.
This brings me believe my package was stolen from this store by a staff member. I stopped by the store on Saturday to speak with a manager on duty, I was greeted by Kevin or Tevin, advised him of the ongoing issue, his response, we aren't responsible for a package once it's dropped off. If it was an expensive item, it shouldn't of have been dropped off at a drop off location, we cannot protect each package, the packages aren't lock, as you see, his words. I asked him to ask employees about the issue, he asked a worker, while customers were present, did you steal a package or know about a missing package. There were about 5-7 customer present during this exchange (beyond embarrassing/rude). I was told the store manager was on vacation for 2-weeks, there is nothing that can done to assist me. I would like to speak with corporate asap about this issue. Office Depot shouldn't be an authorize drop-off for FedEx, if they cannot secure a package from theft or be held accountable. As of 11/2, my package hasn't been scanned by FedEx, which confirms my package was never present for the FedEx driver to pick up on 11/6. My package had to be stolen by an Office Depot worker on 11/5.

NEVER received item from 11/20/22 order. Today is 12/15.
I patiently waited until 12/9 to contact Customer "service". Nothing was done.
Reconnected 12/12 & was told would have resolution in 48 hours. That time frame has passed and all I've gotten is email saying "pending".
They won't allow picking up nursing product from local retail location, they aren't concerned about getting it to me.
NEVER trusting or using this company again!

The Cape Coral Office Depot on Pine Island Road is a total waste for printing copies, unless you have unlimited time to waste. After many visits I have always had to go elsewhere. The machines do not work. The employees are few (two) and they have long lines because they don't work much either. Today, one in three printing machines was working, about normal. But, it quit after I was down to only two waiting ahead of me.

I am a business owner and wish I could give a negative review. I order posters to be laminated. I go tthe order 2 times and still isn't right. I called the 800 number and got hung up on first time. Second time I got Sean which argued with the whole 20 min call and then hung up on me. Buyers beware! Never Again! Office depot if you see this the call was on 9/10/23 4:38 pm name was Sean. I just had the worst experience ever. I am a small business owner I have used my local store at congress ave and boynton beach blvd in florida for many years. I went to drop a big job and I was told by the printing manager that they close at 7pm I was in shock really? Since when? This is disturbing because I only use office depot. They have lost a customer. Gave 2 star bc they always done a good job. Please do better with your communication with the customer's.
Just went to Office Depot with a stapler I purchased within the last month that I was unable to open to put staples in…. The sales clerk was not helpful at all…. He was not able to resolve the problem and did not offer any alternative. Left the store very dissatisfied! Extremely POOR customer service! Amazon or Staples, you are now my go to store.
This store is a shadow of what it used to be, hardly any products, most product on shelf are old or out of date, staff are not caring, the return policy is maxed out at 14 days, the Allstate extended warrantee they sell is a complete joke, the store will not honor it you have go through a major drama just to get in contact with Allstate. Etc etc etc. will never, ever be shopping with this chain ever again. Horrible experience.

There is no "level 3" wording anywhere on the product package. And all boxes have expiration dates 8. 22. 2022 or 8. 25. 2022. Unable to create return online. Customer Service won't help!
The ODS online printing is significantly cheaper when it works BUT certainly not worth the 2 hours of trying to get it sent to the local store. This is the 2nd time (and the last time) I've had a nightmare of order not going through. When you call for assistance, there are limited English speakers only and no supervisor or ability to route calls to the US. The in store folks at Office Depot, Hull St, Midlothian VA are fantastic but their hands are tied when trying to work with ODS.
