Would not refund my money after shipping me papers and I found out my spouse would not sign— no papers were filed in court yet and they just said "we are sorry" but we cannot give you your money back

I applied Feb 8.Paid expedited fees same day service they missed deadline. Then two day later still not done. I checked website it says I never responded and I did within 2 hour more than enough time get stuff done. Even past longest deadline they missed goal. Customer service only open Monday to Friday. No one working on weekends. Missed deadline waiting on refund for extra fees they just said look into it.

An impressive platform. It is easy to use and my papers were ready in just a couple of days. I was also pleasantly surprised that they provide a detailed filing guide.

So far so good, but I wasn't given any option to file a fee waiver with the court
The online questionnaire was kind of long so it took me a little more time to complete than I expected, but I cannot blame OnlineDivorce. They need to gather detailed information to provide us with accurately completed divorce forms. I got my divorce paperwork kit just within two days, and the court approved my papers with no hassle. So it's well worth it!

My wife and I decided all post-divorce terms in advance, so we could qualify for online divorce. We had some disagreements on the way, but eventually found compromises. It's cheaper this way. I told her that if she wanted to have money for a new life, we should try and work our issues out. Paying thousands of dollars to lawyers was just not an option.
