I expected two day delivery but now find it will take 6 days. I ordered an air purifier, which I need to filter the forest fire smoke. My sinuses are swollen and I've started to cough. You ad said two-day delivery. Probably I'll order a second unit from amazon so I can get it by Saturday. Not happy.

Purchase was easy through PayPal (other choices available) and within 12 hours item ships! We'll see if it gets here in the two days quoted. (Update) Shipment arrived in the two days promised, with everything in working order. All I can say is, I'm very pleased with my overall shopping experience. Quick, secure, and on time! Company is dishonest. Bought a vacuum listed as Cordless and spent $399 for a base model when it was listed as the pet pro cordless. Charged $100 over the price of worth and then tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee to return it. Do not buy through them! They are scammers

I ordered the cordless bissell crosswave and they send me the base model with chord and refuse to refund the difference or exchange product without a restocking fee.
