Clarification of a couple plans that you offer that are not well explained on your website. But Trucker did an excellent job of explaining the plans that would be more appropriate for my personal needs.

So often when trying to resolve and issue, especially one involving a credit or refund, there is a little bit of push back from the agent due to company policy, NOT THIS TIME. What a relief to be able to call and have friendly, quick, efficient, and accommodating service delivered. Connor checks all the boxes for an excellent customer service call. I needed an official Warranty Deed to sell land to my sister. She had cash and we didn't need all the costly Appraisal, real estate agent or closing agents. Had to phone tech support for Rocket Lawyer today - twice - each time I reached a different Tech support person and each one was FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, UPBEAT and took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. Very easy and fast to create legal documents for business purposes right in own home without hassle of going to legal office and paying high legal fees. The staff was very helpful on live chatted quick to respond. Would useseervices again if needed.

The website offered a 7 day trial, but made it challenging to sign up for it and ask a question for a lawyer. This necessitated a call to customer service. The very pleasant woman gave me instructions on how to proceed. I then emailed to confirm the 7 day trial with subsequent billing, and the response was that my trial was bypassed and the account went straight to the credit card charge. This necessitated call #2.

My billing was corrected to reflect the trial, and the charge was reimbursed. I then proceeded to create a document, but it wouldn't complete until I paid the monthly fee, thus ignoring my trial -- thus, call #3.

This time I reached Selena, who immediately resolved the issue (after consultation with her supervisor).

Selena was very pleasant, reassuring, patient and thorough in has assistance. Not only did she resolve the issue that the others didn't, but she also somewhat restored my confidence in Rocket Lawyer. I'll see how it goes from here, and will only talk with Selena if necessary. Five stars for Selena.

I used the web site to print a rental agreement. Since I do not feel I will have the need to use the site again, I called to make sure I would not incur a monthly fee in the future.

Printed a lease, there was no place for tenant to sign

I've tried several different documents and some have been very useable. Others get me started but I still find I need additional adjustments for which I need legal advice. The people I've been in contact with have been very helpful but overall it's a wash for me.
