I have been buying from ROSEWE for months and was always satisfied so when I needed a dress for a wedding I came here. I found a beautiful dress and I received it quickly however they sent the wrong dress. When I reached out to them no one responded this continued for several days. And they had erased all of my purchases history in the app. It was very frustrating. Two weeks before the wedding someone contacted me and apologized they fast shipped the right dress and told me to keep the old dress. I was so relieved. I got my dress in four days and wore it the wedding.

The delivery was quite long but all the same it arrived safely and in good order.

The customer service was polite.

I bought a purple jump suit. I've never bought from Rosewe before and was a little worried what the quality/service would be like.

Well, I got frequent updates regarding my delivery, and I was very pleased with the jumpsuit when it arrived. (I'm short and overweight, so lots of items can be cut way too long for me). But this fitted perfectly, and is good quality. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was quick too, only a few days!

My order arrived quickly. Everything fit well and I was only disappointed in one item due to it not having pockets like it shows on the model wearing the item.

I love all my outfits from Rosewe. I find most of their products with great quality and latest design.

The dresses fit perfectly and are very comfortable, size 12. Evri were brilliant at delivering them. Really pleased with the shipment and Rosewe.

First purchases from Rosewe. Items were satisfactory. Not expensive, not the best quality, but I got what I paid for. I plan to use the two dress maybe twice each. They were hassle free, shipping was timely. No complaints, no issues. I would recommend them, if you don't mind cheaper clothing, definitely not designer quality, but fairly priced. I would purchase from this site again.

I purchased a jumpsuit and because this was my first time ordering from Rosewe, I ordered a large in case the sizes ran a little smaller. Well, when I received the jumpsuit and tried it on, it was too big. So, I initiated a return to exchange my item for a smaller size. The exchange process was fast and easy! I'll be ordering from Rosewe again! The customer service representative who took care of the exchange was fast and efficient.

I am happy I bought from your company though the price was a bit high for me as a student but I loved the dresses. They fit well and the quality is worth it.i have recommended some of my mates who saw it and liked it. I would buy again from you because of your honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. I really love the dresses that I bought at Rosewe their are perfect they make me look so elegant and pretty.

I would have given a 5 because the material is nice and soft and comfortable and my items fit but I have only received my leggings from the second order and they are on point really like the fit and material but my other part of my order has been delayed due to inventory.but I'm looking forward to receiving the rest of my order soon

The company ought to be ashamed of their misrepresentation. I have never been SO dissappointed and felt taken advantage of by my purchase. I bought what I thought was a supposed(white), turned out to be a cream one-shouldered /with silver,(not glittery like the photo)jumpsuit; for a special occasion. Back lighting can be deceiving, but It didn't do the photo, justice. It was cheesy looking, shabbily made and too short for my 5'5" frame. I will NEVER trust to make another purchase from this company again and I deserve more than an apology!

The advertisements of a product range were true to life. The choice of styles and materials was quite vast and superbly presented.

There was a delay with delivery not of the providers cause. However the communication and advice was responsible and very helpful. Their persistence in solving the issue paid off and the delivery was then made quite swiftly.

The product was excellent and I have a very happy wife.

We will deal with this company again in the future.

98% of three dresses I have bought fit prefectly. The delivery time sometimes not as I expect but I know they are doing their best.

I had ordered a particular outfit for a wedding. I ordered with sufficient time for delivery and I did not receive it in time however, i complained and it was sent later on.

I thought I was going to have a hard time but Kuahi, was so helpful. She knew right off the dress I wanted from my last message. The return transaction was so easy nothing to worry about. Rosewe is pretty amazing. I have not had to return anything due to dissatisfaction or anything else. I bought several pieces and only one dress was too short so I'm going to gift it to a lady I'm my circle that's my size but shorter that's how beautiful and well made that dress is. I'm very selective about my style of dress and I am well pleased. Thank you Rosewe for being who you say your are. This helps people that are skeptical like me breathe a sigh of relief.

Great communication throughout. Dress arrived when they said. Dress wasn't quite as nice as I had hoped (looked a bit cheap) and the top was too big as I am only 5 foot 4. However I will keep it, have it altered and use it as an everyday dress rather than a smart dress.
