Super easy! Quick delivery, easy process, don't conform with all the other fashion brands out there and regularly puts out original pieces
What is the process of actually receiving these packages? The options available for shipping are DHL but this tracking number does not exist on there. I have yet to receive my package and it has been almost a month.
Horrible experience here. Ordered two items which were xxs small. They're not true to size for America petite. Still very large at weird parts of the body like the chest and hips. When I wrote an email if I could get a re try to label it took them over 1.5 weeks to reply. Also, they mention that the return label would cost $14 when I noticed the amount of money that was refunded was incorrectly they said the return labels use to be $14 now they're $30. I'm confusion with the miscommunication they're providing their costumers. I will not be purchasing from here again due to lack of communication and slow shipping process. They should reevaluate their business because this process would cause a lot of upset consumers.

Overall great experience. Almost all products received were as pictured. The biker shorts and oversized tee I was very confused about as I can't see how the cut would fit anyone well but they were on sale and the cost of returning wasn't worth it.
First time shopping and the website is an absolute breeze to navigate. Really appreciate the size transparency and sample sizes are sold to combat on environmental waste! Love your work

Really impressed with how quick I received my 2 dresses, however I had to return one. The style didn't suit me. The service again was so quick. They processed my refund within a couple of days of it being received.
