I have ordered several times from Select Blinds and have never been disappointed. This time I ordered the cellular shades that can be lowered from the top if needed and also raised from the bottom. They look terrific in our office/music room and in the window at the top of our stairs. They also give us many choices for arranging them for privacy when needed. Thank you Select Blinds for such a good product at a very affordable price!

I had some difficulty getting my order to reflect the sale price and the customer service person actually talked with me and finished the order for me on the phone.

The videos showing how to measure & install were extremely helpful. Plus, the website worked well all the way to the checkout process. Loved it & can't wait to install the blinds. We've been in our new house for over 4 years and we had never found the right blinds for our patio doors, but needed something to block the sun & have privacy from the neighbors behind us.

Overall the experience has been great. Ordering is easy and the quality of the blinds are wonderful. I truly love the sale prices as well. The only suggestion I have is to ship with a different carrier than FedEx. Every single package that I have received through them always shows a delivery date that has consistently been pushed back, sometimes by several days. When you plan to be home to receive the items and they continue to shift the arrival date, it does make it difficult. Thank you!

The promo code for $50 off $350 will not apply. Website keeps saying it's for new customer's only but no where on the coupon does it state that. Unfortunately the Loyalty Dept is closed so I can not talk to anyone to get the problem straightened out before I place my order. I will call tomorrow and hopefully get it taken care of.

It really is worth measuring up your own windows doing it yourself. You get free samples to decide what you want and you can see the quality in the products right there. I got the woven shades with a beige backing and it's perfect for privacy and very quality looking.
If I had any questions, somebody was at customer service available to answer all questions and follow up on orders and delivery! What a nice company. Thank you so much.

The site is easy to use. You can find window coverings by category, or searching for something specific. It provided the information needed to take our own measurements, allowing us to place accurate, timely orders. They also provide various ways to contact them for additional information, if needed. Another plus - free fabric samples.

I bought a motorized cellular blind for my kitchen window. Although delivered to a neighbor 2 doors down (an uncooperative neighbor who left it out on the street in the rain). Also it took considerably longer than I had anticipated and I was on a trip when they arrived. I feared they were ruined. They had been packed so well, there was no issue at all. I needed help to install as I'm 72, but it was very easy and I LOVE them!

My order came through in great shape, packed well and with all necessary equipment. However I am surprised on how long it took from ordering to receiving. Also, surprised how mediocre and flimsy the products are. So fragile, I thought they might break installing the. Even the thin plastic plug guard doesn't sit properly and pulls at the thin shade. Not surprised if the shades make past a couple of years Unless I'm the one carefully using them.

Just ordered 6 more blinds for my house. Can't wait to receive them. The quality is very good and my husband said "very easy to put up". They are clean and neat looking just as i wanted. Don't like a lot of stuff around my windows, just enjoy the view and that is what these do for me. Thank you for making the Entire experience easy.

This is my first time installing faux wood shutters. I built homes for 30 years but always subcontracted this particular job. Your ordering system was strait forward. I would offer one suggestion; describe the "next to other windows" specification a little more clearly. I specified they were on each until I called and found out they had to be right up against to each other. Thank you

Ordering was quick and easy. The pricing was great. We covered our patio door with a zebra shade in "waterfall". It cuts down the bright winter sun on a sunny day without obliterating our view. We use a motorized wand to set the shade. My husband installed it while I went shopping for a couple hours. He said it was straightforward. He had installed these shades on 2 smaller windows in our home, so practice makes perfect! :)

I REALLY don't like seeing a "handling fee" added on as I'm checking out. Knowing I'm buying custom sized blinds is why I pay this high of price and that should encompass any handling fee. That made me angry.

This the sixth pair of Cordless Light Filtering Cellular Shades I've purchased and the hardware and product have worked great every time and look beautiful in our home. The shade raises and lowers easily and evenly, and they've been in my teenage sons bedroom windows for two years with no tears or holes-which is is a miracle! This time I ordered a white pair for my daughters room, elegant upgrade at a reasonable price.

Website is very nice for shopping - it's intuitive and easy to use making the shopping experience very nice, easy and straightforward. It's almost the perfect website as I found I was able to get all my questions answered without feeling I have to call customer service.
In addition I was about to purchase but the website suggested I get samples first which was a great idea - I received multiple samples which was great.

I just ordered 15 double cellular shades for our new home. I have used Select Blinds before and was very happy with the experience. So far this experience has been great. I just wish they offered direct low voltage wired motorized blinds as a option to battery powered as 2 of the windows are about 15 feet up and house is already wired for them. I will have to go to a different company for them unfortunately.

Everything about this experience was so smooth and easy. I found what I wanted, your website is very user-friendly, and you even automatically updated the pricing in my saved cart to reflect the latest promotion. It was also great that I could receive samples in the mail (while locking in the promotional pricing) and when I called your customer service line with a quick question, they called me back within two minutes and were very helpful.

Easy to read, understand and order. Wish there were more colors to choose from but for the price, I can accept a neutral basalt instead of gray/blue. Thank you, I'm hopeful and excited.

I ended up ordering two sets of free samples trying to find the right fabric for our shades. Each time the arrived quickly and really helped me feel like I was making a good decision. I'm so excited to receive my finished custom shades!

LOVE your videos/tutorials! Great selection of window covers. Love the quality & Hardware (especially) with the Blackout & Modern Light Filtering Shades. Hardware with the Cordless Light Filtering blinds are LESS than Desirable; CHEAP comes to mind. If you had the same Durable hardware as your Blackout & Modern Light Filtering Shades, you would probably have the corner on the market and the Other Company would be at the bottom of the pile!

The site was easy to navigate. Wish the sample photo changed as you went through and made selections. I think I picked the right fold for my Roman blinds, but not sure. Thanks!
