I was a member of another clothing club for years. Then the pandemic hit, and something changed with that company. The customer service went away, the cloths were not unique, and the overall value went out the window. I started looking for a new home and found Stately Men. After just now receiving my fourth box I have to say I am very pleased. The stylist nails my style in each of these boxes. If they don't, exchanges are super easy. Customer service is fantastic, and they are constantly checking with me on my subscription boxes as well as when I'm simply looking in their store. They reward loyalty with bonus item and reward points. They have a unique way of making my style a priority and personal. I love Stately Men and hope to be with them for years to come.
I ordered one box of clothes and then like 3 months later my credit card got charged for almost $200. Immediately I tried to cancel it and they said it was too late, I was stuck with it and can't return it. Only later I got an email saying I was getting another box, that I didn't want...after they already charged me. Horrible strategy to keep customers... Stay away!

Save your money. I used their service for 6 months. Half the clothing I had to send back because they were junk or to small or to big. Some of the items you can not return, and if you do they charge you an extra 25 dollars to ship it back to you. I wear an XL size, the clothing was either hanging on me or to tight, there was no size consistancy with the brands they sent me. You will be lucky if half clothing lasts more than 3 washes. You are better off saving your money and buying from a quality clothing manufacturer you like.
UPDATE 02/07/24. Funny how they responded "We did reach out to you so we can look further into this and make sure we are doing everything we can to make sure you enjoy the clothing you have received." This is a lie, a typical cut and paste CYA response. They have both my email addesss (nothing) They know my cell number (nothing) They could have snailed mailed something (nothing) This reponse isnt to try to keep me as a customer, its to fool those reading this review that they care about their customers of have good customer service. Like I said, save your money.

I have had one decent experience in 4 boxes. Too many duplications and size issues and never following instructions... very fristrating please, please acknowledge my cancellation wish.

Stay away. They falsely advertise on their social platforms. They don't follow directions on looks you want and then won't refund, plus make it harder to exchange. Buyer beware!

I picked the Presidential Plan which is $499. (Read the fine print. No refunds!) Setting up my style profile I asked for no slim fits or V-Necks. First box received had two slim fit shirts and a v-neck. Requested returns on all items. Then the second box came and still had a pair of slim fit jeans that showed up. Requested a return on the second box items and now I get to pay return shipping because it's the second box. Requested but they don't do that per terms ans conditions! Good news is I get store credit for brands that don't work for me. Hard lesson to learn but please read all the terms and conditions

First box showed up after over a week in transit and was very disappointed. Was suppose to be a mix of clothes and all were on the same theme. Red pants really and a sketchers belt? Sizes that didnt fit and a 15% restocking few for returns. Worst is I cannot return the socks or cheap sketchers belt.

I signed up for the "Presidential Plan". Had a phone call with a stylist. First box arrived and stylist missed the mark. The sizing of the clothing runs extremely small. The quality of the clothing is like that of a suit Wearhouse 2 for 40$ type of place. Stanley marks the clothes a high price but then you get a "deal" with the subscription. After first box was received; I did need to make some exchanges. Had another phone call with a stylist, she missed the mark, then had to do a third exchange for a few items. Disappointing. Scam. The marketing is good because it makes you think you'll get some quality items. But I should know by now one gets what they pay for.

The stylists clearly do not look at the style profile or order history. I got the same pants 3 times and about 80% of my items over 4 packages were green! I asked for no more green and they kept sending more green. The items in the boxes looked nothing like the outfits shown on the marketing pictures.
I thought it would be worth a chance because it should have saved me time but the effort to return most of the stuff in multiple exchange processes ultimately doesn’t save me any more time and the prices are not that competitive for what you get.

For the receipt of my last order, I received a shirt that was almost identical to a shirt I received before. Although the shirt is a very nice-looking shirt (casual blue long sleeve); a variation of color would have been nice. Thank you.

My wife has used curated boxes in the past, so I was a little leery of committing to an all or nothing type of box. I've recently changed jobs, and the new position requires a little bit of an upgraded wardrobe for my normal business casual. I decided to try Stately because I perused a few of the influencer videos and saw sample boxes on instagram, and I feel like that they have a style that I try to imitate. My first box was fantastic! There was one piece that didn't quite fit, so I sent it back for an exchange. Otherwise I really enjoyed my first box, and I'm looking forward to the second.

I do t feel the style of clothing g recieved is as nice as the advertised sets they show to draw you in. My last order they charged me $55ea for 2 shirts that are from super basic brands that were probably $10ea and a pair of no name canvas shoes that they charged more than the worth. They say you get $600 in clothes for $300 but the order I got today was about $150-$200 in worth. I'm going g to cancel. I can get better prices on my own.

Stately certainly sounded promising, but I ultimately ended up returning 5/7 items in Box 1...and then ALL the items in Box 2 (either they didn't fit, were not my style, and one item had a small hole in it). The customer service folk were very nice, but at the same time they refuse to show you options of what they want to send...it's just a roll of the dice and I'm likely going to be on my third round of returns. In terms of quality of clothing, I'd put it on par with what you might find at Costco (in fact I'm pretty sure they do sell some of these brands at Costco). Hoping this gets better, but so far it's been a disappointment and not a company I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I had my reservations when I first ordered. Everything in the box fit well and was comfortable. The styling and items were both appropriate for what I was going for and the age in life I am. I'm mostly happy with the clothes I get, and they fit great. Some items are exactly what I notified them NOT to send me, like solid white tops. I also did not like the shoes, so I eliminated them from my account. I also wish the website had more infor.ation, like package tracking

I chose to skip my order for the month of February and they charged me anyways. Refused to provide me a refund even though i contacted them approximately 8 hrs after the charge hit my account.

I was very excited to start my subscription with Stately. The idea of having a personal shopper was otherworldly. I always felt like I had a good sense of style but when I started to look at my closet, it was mostly blacks, grays and jeans. So when I got my first shipment, it was very well put together. I have never really been a flannel guy but the push the envelope for me. I tried it on, and my family stated that it looked pretty good! So I was pretty excited to receive my next shipment. Lo and behold, another flannel shirt, and more jeans. This net box also had some pretty stylish gray boots which I would've never purchased. But again I did like the overall flow for the most part. The next month another shipment came and oh my gosh another flannel. In addition, the layers that they included over the three month. We're all fairly much the same just different colors. I felt as though there was not a lot of creativity going on. I went online and left my feedback and basically stated please don't send me any more flannels. The next month I got two flannels lol. So I think pretty shortly after that, I cancel the subscription. I still like the thought of a personal shopper, but I'm not sure if this particular model work for me.
I love the idea of having a personal shopper to push the envelope and challenge my overall look.
I sent clothing back twice due to incorrect items being picked. Difficult process to go through and a time suck.

The styles and fits offered are very definitely skewed to West Coast/LA palate. I am not sure they even understand the average American.
I thought it would be a good way to augment my wardrobe without having to shop, but the stylists do not listen to my input.

Not great quality materials or brands. Most shirts have loose threads or the material is very thin/flimsy. You'll have two pairs of pants that are the same size and cut and have drastically different fit. There is no vetting any of the outfits beforehand, so you're left guessing what you will get. On the first box, I only really liked one of the shirts, a black button down. I left handwritten notes as well as emailed all my feedback. They asked me to send everything back so they could try again. When they sent the second box, the message starts off "We know you didn't like that black button down shirt, so we won't send you any more of those." Umm what? Second box had two items I didn't mind, and in setting up an exchange it looks like I'll pay for shipping back. Whatever they end up sending me (who knows?!?) I'll probably just keep it and eat the cost of anything I don't like because I don't want to keep paying for shipping for them to guess what I would like. You are way better off going to a store and having someone help you put together an outfit, or just copy off a mannequin outfit you like. Better to have one or two pieces you love and high quality than guess on whatever flimsy stuff their algorithm decides to put together.

if they send you something that they deem "no exchange" (meaning their $#*! stock they want to get rid of), you can't exchange it. No way to know ahead of time what you're getting, what you'll be able to return. Start paying for shipping on second exchange. Will take a couple weeks to get your box.
Very seldom do I have to return any items. Usually I love them. But this month I had a shirt that I needed to return for a different size. Stately was great! It was easy to make the return and I received the new shirt very quickly.
I chose Stately for the convenience of letting the professionals help me select my attire.

I was excited to receive my first box. Much to my surprise, the stylist wasn't even close and the clothes were very cheap. I returned and asked for a refund same day as I had no interest in trying it again. CS kept telling me they did not give refunds, only exchanges. WTF… it was the same day. Anyway I complained several times and they finally agreed to give me a refund but charged me a $40 restocking fee. Ain't about the money, just don't do it.

As previously mentioned via email, a significant portion of your profile was missing, where members are asked to share more detailed feedback such as opt out items, opt out colors, the Let Us Get to Know You section, etc. Our team simply worked with the little information they had, which in your case was unfortunately just sizing. We did offer a consultation call to go over the missing information as well as requested photos of items you'd like to receive seeing as we provided business and casual items as selected in your profile so we weren't really sure where the mark was missed. The exception was made to issue a partial refund and that cost ultimately covered the time spent on selecting items based off the information you provided and to cover the cost of rerouting an exchange that had already been fulfilled and shipped. We pride ourselves in employing real stylists and not relying on algorithms. We wish you the best. Take care.
I asked for shirts only in tall sizes. It was not until the last request and exchange that some one stated you had no tall.

I was for sure skeptical prior to my first purchase. That being said... I have since made 5 different orders from the Regal plan!
For me, if I had to pick my own clothes I would always get the same type of clothes... using this service it forces to to get clothes that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. However, the stylists have yet to disappoint... before using this service I never got comments about my style... now I always have people mention my clothes! If you look good you feel good and it's so true!
I've never used another service other than Stanley but why would I need another when I was fortunate enough to find this one? The loyalty program they have is cool and they do lots of promo codes that allow you to get extra stuff.
The last note I would touch on is just the Quality of the clothes! You can customize the look you get from professional to casual! I love having access to stylists who know exactly what the current clothing fads are and makes me look what I'm doing!
