I really have absolutely no complaints. I ordered 2 suits & received them within 8 days. I had to return one of the suits because of poor workmanship but the other was fine. The process was easy & am happy to say that it I was advised today that they have received the suit and have refunded (less shipping) my account. Ordering anything on line anymore is a crap shoot as far as quality. There are no quality controls in China. But I am happy with the suit I got.

Poor customer service, poor quality, way too expensive for so-so merchandise, sizing is way off on everything and they have made exchanges/returns as difficult as possible. I have tried this company on and off for a few years expecting different results. I'm certainly not going to waste any more time or money on this dysfunctional outfit.

Ordered a chlorine resistant top and leggings...No confirmation came...I went back to site and order had disappeared...I call next day and no order to be seen...I asked what to do and got a bunch of run around...(meanwhile $114.93 was taken from account)! I was given a fake number for Global Beauty E, their sister international company...it called a pharmaceutical company in Canada(I tried it many times and looked it up)...I was given another number and they answered Something else, but affiliated...saw no order...So ya so far Im out $114.93...

Tip for consumers:
Dont shop here at Swimsuits for all...global E Beauty....They have gone down hill and you probably wont get your items...They might take your money though...

I just recieved my chlorine resistant leggings and chlorine resistant tunic...The colors are beautiful on the tunic,I ordered a size 8, and actually bought a smaller size than usual...It fits pretty big, but i can use it for a dress (so tunic fits bigger than your usual size likely)...The leggings seem to fit a bit smaller than all my other leggings, and i got a size 10, so leggings may fit you a bit smaller than usual...They have a really pretty color strip on the side of them...Colors on both garments are really striking and pretty! It looks to be good quality stuff! The shipping sucks! It took forever,and it never updated from epostglobal to Canada Post, which worried me...I contacted Epostglobal LLC and got a really nice lady who looked into things for me, and it seemed someone at that Epostglobal shipping forgot to enter some info to Canada post, so when it was submitted,then it showed it was moving thru the system...Im happy with my purchase, but i wont know how chlorine resistant it all is until i use it a bit...I will say its really pretty stuff! I would consider sending tunic back and get a smaller one, but I think it be a hassle with post etc..

Order placed 3 days ago, confirmation said shipping may take up to 7 days. Today sone lame email about technology upgrades, may take up to 7 days to ship. Not having a good feeling about this company.

All the complaints about customer service return policy etc are true ‼ I bought and returned over $200 worth of swimsuits and I can't get anything for it. They wanted to send me another return label but they waited till after the 60th day to do so so I could only get store credit. When asking for store credit they said oh you had to let us know before the 60th day. Therefore they got the return of all the suits, and they gave me no money or credit. The rude sales rep told me that I would have to wait and they would let me know, but what they let me know is I am s o l

Even though you may be tempted by what they say they offer, do not use them you will be sorry. Crap for customer service, lies, and nothing for your money in the long run.. exchange return is a joke

I didn't end up using the product, but they certainly did... As I believe they probably resold it so they got double the price as I got nothing and they've got the money and the suits

This company is very deceptive. After my order, I started being billed $16.95 a month. Their is no explanation for this if you go into your account. After some research, I find that is is some sort of rewards program, but no information about rewards you have earned. You might think you are getting a sale on a swimsuit, but after these ongoing charges, you pay much more for your swimsuit than you would anywhere else. My advice is to never purchase from swimsuits for all.

Bought 2 items for $102 (incl $16 Shipping) - it didn't fit so returned for $72 (charged $10+ in fees).
Then they signed me up for 'membership' at $16.95/per MONTH on my credit card without me knowing.
Husband finally caught on.
NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
They get 1 star because can't give zero.

Somehow they signed me up for a $200/year membership without me knowing.

I did not even receive a swimsuit. It was a skirt of some sort made of polyester that would have been 5 sizes larger than what i would even order. The material seemed to have been washed numerous times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased 3 suits and returned them next day.They took 33.23 from my refund. Customer service told me it was due to the fact they don't pay for shipping plus restocking fees.So you pay 20 for shipping and then another 20 to send it back. AND then 2 months later they charged me twice- 16.95 (33.90 total) for some club I absolutely did not join. This company is a ripoff! Buyers Beware - I would highly recommend finding another place to buy your swimwear.

Yes this company is a total rip off and should be investigated for their charges to customers and their returns.

I entered a promo code for free shipping which did not work (still charged me shipping). Several months later I noticed a fee of $16.95 for 2 months. Apparently entering the promo code signed me up for a monthly rewards club ( I am paying for points?!?!?!?). The only way to receive free shipping is to request reimbursement which there was nothing defining the rules. I will never buy anything from this company again. As a note- I kept a swimsuit that did not fit due to the charges to return where ridiculous.

I would rather go to 10 stores than ever pay a return fee of $9.99! How do you know off the suits will totally fit? Well you don't so this is how they screw you in case what your order doesn't work or you don't like it! Will never order from this company again

They sent me the wrong order I called to speak to supervisor very unprofessional they withheld 15 dollars from refund on there mistake there is no recourse. Who can you talk to when the supervisor is disgusting. Would never buy from any of there companies beauty brand. If your calls are truly taped listen to manny conversations he costs y'all more money than what he is paid and you would be apologizing I am sure for the treatment of your customers.

So I buy a suit and it comes. Can't get suit above my ankles. Try to return it. I pd $33.68 out the door. They wanna give me $12! So I call them back and then she says she will give me my $ back-all of it. Never sends label. I call them back. Guess what? Back to $12 refund! Horrible foreign country customer service. Never again. Crappy suits, sized completely wrong. DO NOT BUY. Go to Penney's or amazon. No hassle on returns.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. READ REVIEWS FIRST. THEY ARE ALL BAD.

This company is full of scammers and no customer service. They took my money and 24 hour shipping fee...and Never shipped my suits. I called for a refund or the merchandise and they refused. Do not use this site...its a rip off.

I purchased 2 swim suits from this company. They did not deliver my items.
When I called several times they said its on the way.
Then I called again and again.
I spoke with Customer Service Amy and she are very uphelpful. I just want my 2 swimsuits or a refund.
They refused both
Do not do business with these scammers.
Stay FAR AWAY!

Ordered 2 swinsuits and they never arrived.
When I contacted them, they said too bad.....I did not call in the correct amout of time 90 day.
Which I DID. Over and Over.
They refused to ship my product and declined a refund.
They are thieves.

They shipped my order to a Walmart that's 20 miles from my home and claimed that I chose that as my delivery address. I absolutely did not.
And I didn't accidentally input that address. It's in another town and the addresses have nothing in common except for being in the same state.

The customer service rep I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. The email customer service was no better.

Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company and I won't be ordering from them again.

I paid $52 for a swim top. It didn't fit so i returned it. They gave me a gift card for $38 and i called and said I didn't want a gift card. So they refunded me and charged $10 to do that so i got $27. Horrible. NEVER ordering from this scam company again. Overpriced anyway.

I literally paid double to get different size replacement swimsuits for two swim suits I purchased and wanted to exchange. They do not exchange items. You have to return them with a large processing fee and repurchase. Surprisingly the cost of them is no longer what I paid and when asked if there was a promo code so that the cost would be closer there were none! Gave 2 star because the quality didn't seem bad, but won't know for sure until go in the water.

Buyer beware … order the correct size or you will pay a lot more to get the correct size

Like many before me, their site is deceiving. If you do order CHECK your PayPal, credit card whatever for troll "reward" charge you did NOT sign up for. Call immediately to cancel & request confirmation email of cancellation. Do NOT order they pay penny on return. Good luck.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check being charged a monthly reward service. Seems to be anywhere from $14-$16 as I’m reading reviews. They return penny to the dollar. Be careful.

After receiving swimsuits that I didn't order and going through the costs TO ME of sending them back, I find out they have been charging my card $16.95 EVERY MONTH for the past 6 months! Customer service is awful and will not help. Had to go through cancelling my debit card for fraud and fingers crossed I actually get any of the money back. Go elsewhere, do not trust this company..

This company is the worst one to deal with with returns. I ordered several suits in hopes of finding one that I liked although the quality and styles were nice the fit just wasn't right so I sent them back. I had to pay quite a hefty shipping cost for a few lightweight swimsuits. But I figured it was better than keeping something I didn't want. I had requested on the paperwork to credit my visa card that I had used for the purchase. After several months, I called them to check on my credit. They informed me that they had sent me a letter with a credit to their company not to my credit card which I had requested. They also informed me because it had been over 90 days that they could not credit my visa account. I also could see the credit that I had but I could not redeem it because I didn't have the letter that they said they had sent me. I went clear to the top of the management system with this, and they all said the same thing in my way of thinking, this is what they do in order to keep people from getting their money back. I'll know better next time but I'm hoping this review will help others do not make the same mistake. I did in ordering from Swimsuits for All.

I've been a loyal customer for many years but after this last order and speaking to 3 different customer service representatives, l am definitely taking my business elsewhere. First off, why do companies not hire English speaking people. I had difficulty understanding all 3 customer service representatives. The quality of their merchandise has drastically gone downhill. And their shipping fees, return fees, and processing fees are substantially high. Even if l exchange items for a gift card, l am not getting reimbursed for the substantial delivery fee which l had to pay plus when l use the gift card to reorder more merchandise, l am going to incur another substantial delivery fee. If l just return the merchandise for credit to my original payment, not only do they deduct what delivery fee l paid, but they are also charging me an additional $10.99 processing fee which totals to almost $30. Don't let their substantial sales of 40%-50% off and 50% off an item entice you because in the end, you'll still be paying full price. Trust me.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Received with treads hanging off and terrible quality. NO PACKING SLIP. I called customer service and explained everything and was told they would send me a return label and I would not have to pay postage. Never tried it on. I have photos of protective strip and label still attached and thread hanging. I am told today when I called to inquire about my label that I would get a gift card or they would deduct 9.99 for shipping. Then I went on the reviews and am afraid if I ever do get a label I won't get any money back because the girl I spoke to kept saying I would get a gift card. All I wanted was my money back. I will never ever shop this company again. They are a total rip off. I am afraid to send this horrible swimsuit back as I probably won't get my money back. Tried to add a photo but won't take it. Surprise Surprise

Ordered May 24. It "shipped" June 17 and they charged my credit card but the tracking number provided says USPS is still waiting for the package - that only the label was created. Customer Service said they can't do anything until 30 days has passed since shipment. So $66 out, and the vast majority of the summer without a swimsuit at BEST and most sizes are now out of stock. VERY UNHAPPY.

I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
