How many times do we face frustration when support staff keeps on sending back automated responses that neither solve the problems nor give any clue.

I chatted with Becky, a chat line support operator. She was extremely helpful in finding a WP CMS template ands the plugins that I needed to get my website going.

Caroline Walker did an excellent job in assisting me in choosing a website template for my business. She effectively asked the right questions and provided answers. She listened effectively. Very professional. Thank you for your assistance. Very satisfied with the information I was given.

I paid for the all-inclusive web development package in February. It's now July and I don't have a website. I provided the content and it was just a cut and paste. No professionalism in placement. No edits. The website is plain white despite sharing the mood board colors. My home page reads " welcome to Turista" which is the name of the WordPress Template. Photos were posted even with the instructions I shared on their captioning. Total waste of money and time. I can't get my business licensed without a website. This is a whole disaster.

I have bought a WordPress Theme with Classic Website Customization Service for a total of $221. I got my website in 14 days. Recommend that you describe your request in the best possible way in order to get a result in a reasonable amount of time.

I have had all the information I needed, all my question were answered. Though I still thing they should have a telephone, for me its more easier to call than to email.

Jace was very helpful even when my battery died. I had alot of questions on e commerce. Looking forward to seeing if this will work for us.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Support is useless, I dealt with a online ticket consultant named * who is probably the most incompetent person I have ever met.

Theme doesn't work, service is terrible and no on replies to emails.

Think twice before using this company.

Your professionalism and first class service make return to your page for what ever idea comes to mind. Thanks to you any project big or small seems so easy specially when time comes into play. I would like to thank Alex Benson for keeping me updated at all times and for answering all my questions and the excellent service provided. But wait, we are not done just yet. I will continue using your services and I highly recommend your business.

Total scam. Product delivered is not as advertised. I confirmed access to features, IN WRITING - before purchasing and was told after purchasing that it was considered an up charge. "Support" tells you to contact the author of the template. I was literally spoken down to and told I the problem was I wasn't capable enough to handle their product, which was advertised for "newbies."

I am very disappointed with TemplateMonster. I ordered a template. Unfortunately the template didn't work properly and I wanted my money back. I submitted the application within 2 hours after the purchase! There is no way to test the template beforehand. So you only know after buying it. No courtesy from TemplateMonster... won't let me cancel the purchase and the money is gone.

Never again. I bought one of the themes on their site but it ended up never being updated.
Not even once! Very frustrating.

Highly recommend. My web designer was Andrew Evans, and he did EVERYTHING that I needed for my Shopify website in less than 2 weeks! He immediately responded to my request, and anything that I did not like, he would change immediately and provide me with extra options. I will definitely use their services again and will ask for Andrew. Easy, affordable, and excellent customer service.

I have bought many templates from this website. They are neat and professionally written. But, when you pay 75$ for a templates (other seller offer less), everything should be perfect in it. In my last purchase, the html template contained 7 pages but the header, menu, and footer could have been incorporated by php such that the designer does not have to modify 7 html files just to change something in the menu/header/footer. That is just easy but by addressing these small issues, these templates can be even more perfect!

They scammed me and then fought my CC charge back. No one responds and I am out $40. Beware these guys are not a legit business.

Very waste time on purchasing here. They doesn't implement OTP on the payment stage and request credit card photo from the clients, that's ridiculous! You need to communicate to online agent and email, waste 30 mins to complete the order.

Nice and beautiful templates. Operator was very helpful and knowledgeable about my requirements and gave me suitable options.

I signed up for their ONE subscription over a year ago without signing on for auto-renewal. When the subscription ended, I did not want to renew because it was a nightmare - with their sales team promising what their tech team can't deliver. However, without pre-approval, they charged my card again for another year's subscription, and refused to give me the full refund which I have been demanding for this past 3 months, despite my not having used the subscription. I have been dealing with a Daniel Dawson who claims to be the boss, but does not bother to read his e-mails carefully, but parrots the company's "no refund" policy over and over again. Pity there is no negative star rating!

Have ordered several shoes. And so far not a single problem. Will order more and more. If you want a quality product and can be thorough reading reviews before purchasing, hesimple will be your new best friend.

After discovering the theme I bought 5 minutes prior was not compatible with my webhost, critical errrors, I I directly contacted the seller that there were problems. Turns out they don't care and have a refund policy stating I need to spent my money on another product. As a consumer I am in my rights, the aforementioned problems were not stated and considered a flawed product on my behalf.

The lady responded to my questions perfectly. She is also patient and keen to get you well. Keep up!
