Tirerack is super easy, convenient. More options than any other brick and mortar store can offer - plus you can read detailed reviews online, which you cannot do at a brick and mortar dealer. And they connect you with installers at about the same price as if you were to go to a tire installer yourself, but there you won't get all the reviews and you won't get the same number of tires to choose from. I just placed my order. So let's see if they do deliver within 2 to 5 days as advertised.

I gave them a try 2 weeks ago and their prices were simply great. However the tires arrived to the installer 24 hours late compared to what the website was stating and I this had to return them. Customer service was very accommodating and accepted an in between solution so to limit my return fees. That was fair from their part and I would recommend this business same as I would use them again when needed.

I like the information you provided (customer reviews, your review) to help me choose. Absent was the information that tire choice must be "BMW Star" in order to avoid long tern transfer & transmission excessive wear. Shopping by auto make, model and year is convenient. Also process to compare and choose installer is very complete, informative but easy. Good job guys!

Every one I talked to at TireRack are friendly and helpful. Their service and tire quality are top notch, at very reasonable prices. Their free warranty offer for tire repair and replacement are great as we have our tires nailed two time over the last year and they were replaced at no cost of the new tires. I tried to order on phone. Thought it my be faster. I just needed a rim that would fit my car and support the wheels that I already had. The associate kept telling me to go online to see what they had. "Do you have a wheel that will fit a 2005 Honda Accord and support 225/40R18? Yes or no. If you do I'll come get. I don't need to spend more time scouring the web." But alas I ended up ordering online.

Second time using this online tire shop and their nationwide network of affiliated installation shops. Second time to enjoy a no fuss purchase experience, quick delivery and professional, good value service from the local installation shop. This time they shaved the one tire I needed to match the tread depth of the existing tire on the same AWD axle. That cost $30 and saved me $$$ NOT buying a second tire. Great company.

Talked with Charlie extension 4791 at Tire Rack prior to making the purchase, he was very knowledgeable and a great help with helping us make an educated decision. Would call in again for technical or just basic information on tire option recommendations, just hopeful that these tires perform as described from you guys at TR. TY

Shopping for tires is confusing (this coming from an automotive engineer who I like to assume is more familiar with tires than the average person). All of the different categories and subcategories and technical ratings and variance in prices make comparison between brands/models quite difficult. I love the objective test summaries and easy-to-understand charts that Tire Rack assembles for most tires listed.

Poor selection of tires. Had to buy elsewhere. I understand that manufactures are slow and you have little control over this.

Around 7 years ago I had a tirerack order shipped and stolen off my door step. TR sent out another set without hassle. They/You could have told me to kick rocks as the shipment was delivered, but they/you didn't and resent another set. That was enough to make TR my only vendor for tires online. As a clown that owns too many trash cars and buys too many tires, that's not for nothing. Cheers!

I really like that my previous orders are easily recalled. It allowed me to easily reorder the exact same tire as I originally had without the hassle of searching to find the exact model. This has made the process of replacing a tire that blew out after hitting road debris. Hopefully, the road hazard claims process is just as easy. If it is then I can't think of a reason to order tires from anywhere else.

Ongoing harassment by employee * and she is now using other employees. They were asked to no longer contact me and have failed to do so. Company scammed me of tires I never received and money. Failed to do the right thing and fix it. Instead has been nothing but unprofessional with allegations that are false and constant harassment. Beware of company and their employees

I love that tires on Tire Rack are cheaper than they are at Discount Tire but you still refer them as an "independent shop." lol I'll always buy from you because Discount Tire and other brick and mortar shops in my area charge ridiculously high amounts of money for the exact same product (and let's be real, just because the model number has a different number in it doesn't mean it's truly a different tire).

Help is needed. Hondas ( maybe other brands, too) place their level ( LX etc) on the outside of the car near the truck as in olden days. Where is there a note to help in this which selects the tire size? Maybe the front door sticker? Also, say something about double. Checking the torque tightening some weeks after installation on alloy wheels. Our installer makes us check with a 100 lb torque twist at a week or so visitation.! Speak to these issues!

You guys are the best - I had an unfortunate incident where i had to change two tires because my tires got damaged far from home - So I am buying the additional 2 today. Will NEVER consider anywhere else for tires - you provide excellent testing information and customer care, better than Walmart. Costco, Sam's Club and Tire Kingdom - All supply basic stuff at the highest markup - Thanks for keeping your prices relatively stable - I will continue to sing your praises. Be well!

The shopping part went smoothly, great! I can't wait to see how pickup and installation at one of their preferred installers (Discount Tire) goes? This is a test run for my other cars that need 4 tires each. I am trying this option because my regular tire people want to charge 30$ more per exact same tire and their Road hazard insurance was an additional higher cost addition on top of the inflated tire price. No they would not price match.

The phone call I received was very courteous and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this website.

After some research on other makes of the same tire sizes I stumbled across a great deal. Wish the (sale/deal) was more advertised. - in reference to a kumho tire that was a 2020 production being at a discounted rate. It took a few pages of searching to find this sale. Website is easy to navigate and secure checkout. Happy customer!
