The quality of products Her Room stocks are great! Selection could use more variety of brands, but what is chosen in brands here seems superior in quality to many stores, well selected, fully stocked, and decent prices on sale events. Easy to use website, search and filters work, fairly simple to find what I wanted without having suggested pop ups. The checkout process is painless, simple without the errors or lag I find on other websites. I will certainly shop again!

Great site! Plenty of choices! The sizes are TRUE to their size charts.

The only I think they could improve on is keyword expansion.

FYI: If you find something you like put it in your cart right then & there. Chances are you'll have to search forever to find it again, once you leave its page (they have over5K of items). You can always delete it before checking out or save it for later in your wish list.

So far so good! Curious to see if the swimsuits fit - never ordered online from this company. Hard to find attractive swimsuits that cover you up some what.

I recently made 3 different purchases here. Two only took a few days to arrive. Another took a little longer (sent by a third party), but his excellent customer service tracked him down within a few hours after I wrote to ask them. Another package was missing an item, which is being shipped again without asking questions. All items (dress, sweatshirt, shoes) looked as good as the photos online. Customer service was courteous, efficient, friendly and professional.
