I have ordered from this company on a number of occasions now. The website has accurate stocking information, delivery time lines are good as well. Like any company there are mishaps but their customer support is quick to respond to resolve the issue, their team is friendly and helpful. My recent experience dealing with Charlie was very positive, service was excellent, he assured me on the phone my short ship would be addressed and he also followed up with an email with the resolution. Absurd services and the manager is pathetic. Worse than the agents. I waited 4 weeks and still waiting for email replies or them to pick up the phone!
The goods were stuck in customs which I found out after multiple emails. They said I need to pay the customs and I will get COUPON

I ordered close to 30 of their tye dye tshirts for an event and they are literally hand tye dyed. The tags are dyed and everything. Not some print. They're actually dyed. Super fast free shipping. I ordered n had part of my order in 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Will not purchase through this company again. They have disappointed me and my customers several times. I've had 2 very time sensitive orders, and they waited 5 days to tell me my items weren't in stock when the other items were already out for delivery, giving me zero time to communicate that with my client or find substitutes for them. We have an order due today, and they notified me at 8:48 AM that they don't have it, when I ordered 5 days ago.
My package didn't arive. No money back. No service, nothing! I've sent all the proof of no delivery. They say to investigate what went wrong. They only buy time. So: no goods, money is gone!

Wordan's has outstanding customer service. They have great quality clothes with fast shipping. My package arrived in 1 1/2 week which is pretty fast since I ordered at the busiest time of the year (Christmas). My recent experience dealing with Mig was very positive, her service was fantastic, and responded to emails quickly. Overall, a great online store and an even more excellent service team!

I ordered 3 green polo shirts from Wordans, one small, 2 mediums. Only one of them were shipped to me along with a totally different 4XL navy blue shirt! Colour, size, and quantity wrong... contacted the company for refund who told me they were "starting" to process my order, but had to cancel some items, but my order would ship without the items(?) They offered a coupon code for the 2 cancelled items. Cannot believe a company in Ontario could operate so poorly.
I ordered some tshirts as a test order as we order a larger amount each month.
I am so happy we only did a test order as the shirts didn't turn up. After a number of emails, staff not understanding and months (I mean months - 4 months) I got a refund.
The stock was sent to the wrong address, I had to point this out to two staff that the address on the sent receipt wasn't the invoice address, I was told it would be resent, it wasn't, I was told a refund would be paid, it wasn't until I chased the refund maybe more than 4 times.
I am shocked a company like this is in business. I'm so glad we only did a test order of around $230 instead of a large order.
Don't waste your time. I have wasted hours and hours on getting a refund and in the meantime we found a new supplier where stock actually arrived before i even got a response from these guys.
All I will say is you buy cheap expect cheap results. Ordered a 5x zip up hoodie to test them out and received a large blue plain hoodie. Called no answer email no answer. Always do a test before buying bulk. Glad I did. My daughter liked it so I gave it to her. Will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.

Order shirts that were in stock - website says 1-4 business days shipping. I checked status 9 days later - not shipped. I contact them and they said 5-7 business days. I checked 12 business days after order - still not shipped. I canceled order and requested a refund - the order was canceled, supposedly refund was requested -- it has been 3 months and i have yet to receive a refund even though i have been told repeatedly that it is being processed / will be refunded "tomorrow or the next day".
Unfortunately it is too late to stop payment via my credit card.

Wordans has a great variety of items at decent prices. My orders always arrive within a few days - which is most impressive during a pandemic! I recently had to contact customer service, and was helped by Ross. He solved my issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

I order 52.00 dollars worth of shirts and the tracking number I was sent is bogus, it goes to a cable company that surly doesn't deliver anything. I have sent several emails and they reply with stupid answers... Paid with Paypal so I'm going to my bank Monday and the Better Business Bureau and report Wordansdevwww for theft.

Cannot say strongly enough you should avoid these. They never shipped my product. Website is a shell and lie. Status said "shipping soon" for over 6 months. Don't reply emails. When finally gave in and asked for refund they refunded only partial amount of the money.

I am usually not one to complain. I actually think that this is the first complaint I have ever made public. I ordered back in November for product that was over $150. I was under the assumption that I would receive it by Christmas. So not only did I have to spend more for something else for gifts, but to this day, January 27,2018, I have not received the product or the refund I have requested in multiple emails.
I ordered some T-shirts from Wordans and they were not the right side so I contacted the customer support and Alejandro helped me create a return label and emailed me while I was on the call. He also answered some questions about the product and helped me pick the right T-shirts that I am super happy with!

This is the worst experience I had so far, it's been more than 6mo and still have not receive my order, nor a response, I have field a complaint and they don't seem to care, moving forward to legal action this is a RIP Off over 300 dls no money and no merchandise. Don't buy from this company trust me it's not worth it, lost money and customer's due to this fake company.

Placed my order for 50+ shirts 10 days ago, and like every other apparent customer it's been stuck in "pending" since then. I contacted Wordans as per their return policy and still (5 days later) have yet to even have a reply.

So, I run my own small business making stickers, custom clothing etc. I've used wordans for almost 2 years now and never in my life have I been treated so poorly. For someone who orders at least one a week you'd think I would be treated better. They sent me 8 Crew Neck hoodies, when I ordered 8 long sleeves and are now asking that I pay $80 postage with UPS just to get a refund; and then pay the full amount for the right product to get here along with $20 shipping. The communication is horrible, no one knows what's going on and I was told 4 different things that they were doing to help me and then was notified that the ONLY option after discussing everything was for me to front this money and hope they send me a refund back. I'm super disappointed and my business is really suffering from mistakes like this. The only compensation I got was a 3% discount A THREE % DISCOUNT! Are you kidding me. Super ridiculous. They told me to take the package to my nearby post office to ship; in turn they sent me a UPS shipping slip, so it can only be shipped with UPS; costing $80 for 8 hoodies to get back to them for their mistake.
They are no better since NEEDEN is in charge, no names addresses or any info on how to contact them. The address on their website is incorrect, it is an attorney, may be same people? Shut this place down, I thought Canadians were cooler than this! Cheers!
