Bought a lovely frock for a special occasion but it was way too small & obviously not the size it claimed to be (without a size label inside). They need to learn how to provide a better customer service and upgrade the customer's experience to above $#*!.

Tip for consumers:
I don't recommend them at all. They don't deserve good paying customers.

While the price point for a costume dress is great, a return is nearly impossible if it doesn't fit or you simply don't like it. The company responded well via email (I never tried to phone) which was the only positive. They offer a 15% refund only and you keep the dress. The refund of less than $8 basically covered the shipping you pay when ordering. If you want to return for full refund, buyer incurs shipping cost to China that will cost you over $100, which is more than the dress. Lesson learned, order from Amazon where you can return.

Recently ordered a dress I was so excited about, however, the quality was insanely poor (VERY similar to Shein quality). I got a different dress at Macys for maybe $20 more that was great quality, so not sure why the quality from here is so bad. I've called, emailed, and reached out on their website to find out about a refund and haven't heard back even though it's past the 24 hours they claim to respond in. All the reviews on the dresses were positive, but I wish I had checked the reviews here before I bought the dress.

DO NOT order from this company. They will cheat you if you need to return the order. But they'll make you suffer first with delays and questions and repeated requests for photos. All for nothing. Can't believe I sent the dress back (finally got instructions!) and NO REFUND. Total gaslighting. AVOID ZAPAKA they are the WORST!

Tip for consumers:
The dress was pretty but didn't arrive in time and they have yet to offer the refund though they received the return (and confirmed it) months ago.
Every review on here that describes the return process is what I experienced. Believ us. Kiss your money goodbye. Too bad if the item doesn't work out.

I ordered a dress and it arrived in good time but is one size too small. In an effort to exchange it for the next size up i emailed for an exchange in the 7 day time frame with no response. I have emailed another 5 times since, using different emails with no response. ORDER ZAPAKAAU*******. Its weird though, i recieved an email from them asking me to review my purchase.

Wish I could give negative stars! The dress arrived and looked like something from a Halloween costume store. Cheap junk. Now impossible to return! Many, many emails back and forth and they still won't send a return label! This dress came with NO packaging slip, and absolutely NO tags! Thus far they have offered me a 10% refund, and still refuse to send a return label! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered a dress that took forever to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong color and a really scratchy cheap material. I returned the dress and followed their fussy instructions, including having a tracking and uploading photos of the package and postage receipt. They have had the dress for 26 days and have not returned my money. They just keep responding in broken English telling me thank you for my patience. RUN from this company...it's a SCAM.

Going by their measurements I had to order a size 18 dress. I'm normally a size 12/14 sometimes a 10. When the dress arrived it was far too tight, the wrong colour and for a floor length dress, it was short. Dreadful trouble getting any response from the seller, luckily I paid with PayPal and they came to my rescue. Seller offered a full refund once the dress was returned. Trying to post this dress I was told that it was going to cost ME $45. I only paid $22 to get it. So false advertising does pay for the rip off people. BEWARE

I needed a glamorous gown for a gala event, and this company came through with flying colors. Their range of evening gowns is astounding, and I settled on a jaw-dropping floor-length dress with a plunging neckline and a dazzling sequin bodice. Fooled! Don't care to order from China, U will never get your refund. Color shade of blue off.!Quality varied. Gamble if you like for the cheap price.

It had been over their amount of guaranteed days before they would ship out the dress and they never did. Customer service will never respond to your emails and they will take your money without giving the product. Absolute scam. You can email them and no response and they will never update you. Don't waste your time and money.

Reviewing my previous review: I first received the wrong item and had to send it back which is of course quite pricey from NZ to China. Although I had opted to have the item exchanged they reimbursed the full price including the original shipping costs for delivering the dress to me. I wasn't quite happy with being stuck with the cost of shipping the item back and when I posted a negative review, they immediately contacted me and put it right by reimbursing the shipping costs to me. They then also explained that the dress is no longer manufactured, hence the desired exchange hadn't been possible. I am happy with this solution - although I would have loved to get the dress I ordered because I really liked the material and it was well sewn and true to size.

I bought two dresses and needed to return one. Their return policy is fraudulent. They don't accept returns …they keep sending back messages requesting information and make you send photos but they never send information as to where to send product back to. It took weeks longer to receive products too because it shops from China! The operation has no ethical code.
My friend also bought a dress which never showed and they didn't refund. Terrible!

Why did I order from this site? We received my daughter's offer today. It was a homecoming dress for $119. Not cheap.
The dress is laughably, embarrassingly poorly made. The skirt is about 14 inches long. Not long enough to wear in public. I should have known better. I sent an email to their customer service department and I am hoping for a prompt response. Until then, I will warn other mothers and daughters on every website I can about this low quality merchandise. Such a shame!

I purchased 5 dresses. The style names were so deceiving / confusing that I accidentally ordered two of the same dresses for two different styles. Instead of getting 5 different styles I got three (with two duplicates). None of them fit well. The return process is an ORDEAL. I had to provide the reason I was returning each one, a photo of each dress and a photo of the label on the packaging. It took over 6 weeks and several followup emails only to get a reply through their chat feature on the their website. This was simply to be provided with an address to return the items. I paid $200 for the 5 dresses which was a great price, but it cost me $90 to return the items to China. Save yourself the money. It's not worth it.

It's a shame, and big mistake ordering from this website. They are scams and they only take your money after they disappear.

I custom ordered a dress only for it to arrive completely wrong, a terrible fit, and made for someone twice my size. I don't know how that happens when you send custom measurements but anyways, I tried to get refunded for any tailoring I would have done and they flat out refused even though it's in their policy. They could only offer me a 15% refund which I have yet to see. Bunch of scammers with terrible customer service.

It's only been a bit over 3 weeks but this company is not confidence inspiring. I have asked each week for shipping and delivery details and get no response other than the initial "one item of your order is on its way" 8 days after the order date. I only ordered 1 item! And the TNT "tracking number" that they initially gave me isn't recognised by TNT! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering; even though Miss 18 fell in love with the dress, it isn't worth the "will it get here in time"! I fear the positive reviews maybe fake, they seam a little too mushy. Here's hoping this may draw the company's attention!

I've been trying to get an update on where they are as I was told several days ago that they were on the way to the shipping company and I'd receive an update soon - but I haven't received an update or tracking number and my emails and the live chat have not been answered.I was also asking if I could get expedited shipping to make it faster but nothing (there was nothing to choose from in checkout). Ordered a week ago, still don't have a shipping confirmation. Paid an extra $50 for express shipping that said the item would be received in 5 days. When I emailed the company, they said it would take at least 2 weeks and have not responded to numerous emails since! I want a refund now and simply no reply. Have taken up the dispute with my bank.
